I really wanted to like this company because they have a huge selection of kitchen products and the prices initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the service side completely let the experience down. My order took much longer than expected, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I had to send multiple emails just to get a simple update, and responses were slow and not very helpful.

The item eventually arrived, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, but the overall experience felt stressful and unorganized. For a company selling premium kitchen products, I expected much better customer support and clearer order handling. There’s potential here, but they seriously need to improve transparency, response times, and reliability.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AWFUL COMPANY.

Awful company, steer clear. Never delivered parcel. Was stolen from doorstep. After loads of emails providing all proof-including video proof and Royal Mail complaint Ben is now ignoring all contact. Avoid.

Ordered a dining set which wasn't in stock so offered a refund which I never received. Company sent a few emails saying they were struggling to process refund and now nothing. Still have £2K of my money. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!

YES A COMPLETE SCAM. PLEASE BE AWARE. Instead of deducting $0.99 for my order of dog's recipes ebook, 3 amounts were deducted at the same time of the transaction, of which the other two big amounts were not approved. Please be cautious before making a payment to this website. Plus haven't had good experiences with Trustpilot too. STAY ALERT!

Great Company to deal with, they kept me up to date regarding my order and delivered within three days. I will definitely use this Company again.

Sadly I didn't read the other reviews before ordering and can confirm that after a month - my order has still not arrived and probably never will. Really these websites should be removed completely.

This is a huge scam and absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone at this company. All emails returns with a message that the email address do not exist and the contact form on the website is broken.
The amount advertised and on checkout is vastly less than the amount charged.
Stay away from this company as far as possible.

I never received an email confirmation of my order (or any email communications at all, for that matter. And I did check my spam folder.) Luckily I had written the order number down when confirming so I could check the status on their website. After a week or so, I found that the order had been cancelled. The online "Contact Us" form is broken, so I called their customer support line and was sent straight to voicemail. Have heard nothing. Maybe I dodged a bullet here, will never attempt to order from them again.

I received some champagne glasses as a gift. I attempted to contact customer service to ask about how to return them. Tried to use the "contact us" on the website to send an email. The site crashed when I pushed the submit button after typing in all my information and a description of the problem. Tried contacting by phone. Went to voicemail after waiting on hold for 10-minutes.

Seemingly untrained customer service reps not equipped to handle the most basic efforts such as looking up an order by email address or name—they could only assist me if I had an order number. That aside, they canceled my order without letting me know, and when I inquired, I was told they did notify me and that I should look in my spam folder for the email (as if I hadn't already done so!!!) At any rate, normal companies would discuss a reorder, alternate options, or some other attempt at keeping a customer's business... but not BigKitchen.com! When I expressed my disappointment, all I got from them was a sassy response, and I quote: "I am very sorry you feel this way." There is a happy ending however: I reordered the same grill for a lower price from one of the other sites that sell the same inventory.
