WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER!
Save your money as you'll end up feeling more stressed.
Booking treatments is a nightmare - took us 4 attempts of being on hold.
Arrived at the spa and the teenage girl working on 'welcome' refused to show us around. The foot spa had several broken. The sauna timer was broken.
The whole place felt run down and grubby.

Our package deal included lunch - not a great choice of food, all just versions of sandwiches, no salads! And don't think you'll get juice or anything healthy to drink - coke fanta sprite are the only choices.

Worst of all - they wouldn't treat me for my facial because they said I had a coldsore!! I went to the doctor the next day to be told I did not. They assured me I'd get a refund on the facial which I'd paid more for.. and guess what? You've guessed it - no refund came and we had to put 3 people on the case ringing them to get the money back.

Finally got my money back + 3 weeks later.
I will never darken the door of aqua sana spa again and I really hope this review helps you save your cash and go somewhere else.

First time i been to Sherwood and I must say I am happy, i had the twilight for me and my husband and it was so great, i even feel asleep on their amazing beds, they have a huge variety of relaxation.

Had a 3 hour spa session at Aqua Sana Sherwood on Friday 10 June and attended the meditation session with Caine, and can I say how perfectly he conducted that session. In my opinion he's a natural with the holistic therapies. All our group and myself really enjoyed and relaxed throughout the session and can't wait to visit again. Thanks so much!

Received a voucher for a day's Spa. The cost was around £100. I tried to book a day at Center Parcs Longleat, Phoning the booking number several times a message said that it could take i hour to answer. What has evolved is that you cannot redeem the voucher with an online booking. Bookings cannot be made at individual Spas only at Head Office. I have received a message saying that someone will call me back in one or two days!!! This message only arrived after using social media to advise people not to buy vouchers for this company. If phone calls take an hour to answer and it takes 2 days to get back to people I would advise that Head Office has too few people working and that local Spas should be allowed to control bookings. DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS FROM THIS COMPANY.
