Having received my bracelet band for my Apple Watch I contacted Appleband to say the band was too tight for my wrist. They were very quick to respond. Asking me some questions and offering to send me a longer bracelet free of charge, with no additional postage charges. Furthermore, they didn’t require the original bracelet to be returned.

What a beautiful bracelet for my apple watch, unfortunately it was too small for my wrist but on contacting customer service they have quickly resolved my problem, a very responsive service and I’m very happy with the outcome I’m looking forwards to wearing my beautiful new watch bracelet as it looks amazing and the finish is spot on, I’ll definitely be using this company again soon.

I ordered my first strap with Appleband and I really liked it, although it was slim for my 49mm watch. However, just a few days later the screw came off and it broke. I emailed them, and they replied immediately to replace my item. 2 weeks later from the time it broke, I received a replacement. Thank you, Appleband!

Appleband is great! The watch bands I purchased are beautiful and most of them fit well; I did get one that was a bit too small, but Customer Service was very helpful and sent a replacement in the right size right away. I would most definitely recommend Appleband to anyone who wants some beautiful, glamorous bands for their watches!

Very big veriety of bands. Quality is very good. Schipping is not to fast but bands are very good pakked. One of the bands didn’t stand up to my expectations. With no problem they sent a new one without any costs.

Very pleased with Apple Band customer support. I placed an order earlier this afternoon for the but 2 get 1 free band but forgot to add my free band before checking out. I emailed customer support and asked if it was too late to add my free band. Within an hour (FYI it’s a Friday evening now) they replied to asked me what color band I wanted to add to my order 😀 I requested the color I wanted and they replied stating it was added to my order and will be shipped as soon as possible. I am so grateful as to how quickly this process took with their customer support. I’m adding more colors to my collection I have 2 bands I previously ordered a while back. The bands are high quality!
