I am honestly very happy with the purchase, the quality is amazing, the straps looks so elegant , fits well onto the strap. Their customer service is the best, very quick in responding and very helpful. Highly recommend, looking forward to buying more products from them.

Awesome products and customer service! I have ordered in the past and saw the buy two, get one free offer so placed another order. But I mistakenly ordered one band in the wrong size. Upon contacting customer service, they replied almost immediately and are shipping a replacement in the correct size. The seller’s response is quick, polite, positive — truly a great purchasing experience!

I ordered the wrong colour strap. It was beautiful and amazing quality but it was silver instead of gold. Customer service via email was fantastic and a second strap was posted out to me. Beautiful watch strap and fabulous customer service
