I ordered 5 watch bands for $99.00
I ordered 5 watch bands for $99.00. Which I thought was a good buy ,but I was wrong. They don’t fit my wrist. Mind you I don’t have a big wrist about a 7.5 in normal bracelet. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I just want a bigger size band medium to large size is great. I am going to give them 4 more days to answer if not I’m calling my bank to get a charge back. Because this is unprofessional not have a phone number to talk to someone about this issue. Just an email that they don’t answer. I would not recommend Solace watch bands to anyone. Go to tj maxx, Marshall or even Ross to look for band that are way cheaper and easy to exchange!!!!

I have purchased 3 watch bands from Solace and really like them. One of the bands was not functioning properly and wouldn’t slide into the watch, so I requested a replacement outside the 30 day return policy. They were very responsive and helpful reminding me that there was actually a lifetime warranty. I only had to pay a small shipping fee for them to replace the band. Their customer service is excellent.

My bands were sent to the wrong address, not sure who's fault it was. Rea in customer service confirmed they went to the wrong address and reordered them for me. I can't wait to get my bands.

Great Customer Service
I had a wonderful experience with Solace Bands! They made a mistake with my order ( a band was missing) and fixed the issue right away. They answered my email promptly and sent the missing band immediately. I highly recommend this business. They are super friendly and on top of things. The bands are of very good quality, fit perfectly, and are easy to keep clean!

I love the comfort and quality of my space bands. I don’t even mind wearing them overnight when I use my watch to track my sleep. I love the slim options to go with my Apple watch.

I have ordered 8 bands from solace
I have ordered 8 bands from solace. They are great bands - fit well, look sharp, and are easily adjustable. On one order I had to contact customer service for a missing band and it was immediately shipped out. Excellent customer service.
I got two half-bands of different colors
I ordered a blue nylon watchband. The site said I'd also get a "mystery band." Well, OK. But what I got were two half-bands: one blue and one black. Neither has a loop to keep them together. I tried to contact Solace several times by chat and email and included a photo. All I got were the same chatbot questions about whether I know how to use the bands. One live person (I think?) sent me a shot of the packing invoice, which did look like what I ordered, but did not receive. As there is no phone number to call, I guess I'm SOOL. But it would be nice to get a refund since I can't use these two half-bands. Maybe I'll take a trip down to Chandler one of these days.
Ordered 5 bands, only received 3. Very frustrating experience!
I ordered 5 bands for $99.00 and only received three. Once I received them, I tried to contact customer service by phone. No phone number available so I tried to explain the problem via email. I was asked for a copy of the order and then a picture of the 3 I received. I never received the other two.

I received my order. An item was missing (a different item had been shipped). Solace was quick to respond, very helpful and resolved the matter promptly.
