I was sent the incorrect band, but customer service waived the shipping and is sending the correct band. They were prompt with correspondence ad well.

I received my products, one was the in correct size and I was having an issue with one of the bands. I emailed apple band and got a quick response, which was very helpful and a new product in the mail. Very happy with the response and the after service.

Customer Service responded to my concern in a speedy and timely manner. Although I did not love the style of the first band sent to me, a new band was sent to me, I love the new band sent in its replacement. Quality is very good. No complaints!!

I ordered a watch the wrong size, it was a man’s not a woman’s. The customer service team worked with me quickly and efficiently to help me with the error.

Was disappointed with the colour of the original watch strap as I was expecting a slightly different colour, reached out to the seller and they promptly offered me an alternative and said that I could keep the original as a spare one! Professional and prompt response, will order again with confidence from this company.

This company is legit! They have a wide variety of styles and they often have special promotions to help take advantage of the range. What really set them apart for me was their customer service! One of the watch bands I ordered (I ordered 4 in a 2-for-1 offer) was a bit defective and the clasp wouldn’t always stay shut. I reached out to AppleBands and, after requesting a photo of the faulty clasp, William Smith offered to replace it with the same or different style. Within 2 weeks of the email exchange, I have my new wacth band!

Replacing my band that was to big and great response time

I received my watch strap and it is so pretty! I only had one issue as the strap was a bit too snug so I couldn’t wear it comfortably as my wrist was a bit too big. I wrote to the team and they are resolving it in a way that is MORE than what I ever expected, I would definitely buy from them again!

One of the straps that I ordered did not fit me well. I arranged for a replacement and which was handled well with a few email exchanges. I am yet to receive the new one but so far, I am happy with their support.

I must give Appleband 5 stars for their prompt response and great customer service for sn item I bought. I will surely buy from Appleband again knowing they are a reputable company.
