I spoke with Cole Kraft. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He answered my questions and I felt like this was the product I needed. I was able to upgrade my plan and my premium was at a lower rate.

The process was very quick and easy. The agent was a little rushed but I understand the busyness of the time.

Jacob was very helpful. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, but this young man filled in all the gaps. He answered my questions and promised to call me back in March, to walk me through the application process of applying for Medicare.

Michael explained all options without expressing a preference or making any recommendation. The process was quick and was quick to contact me with the results of the review. Highly recommend.

This was a good experience for me , got me into some good plans and saved me money. I don’t have enough words to say about my agent Jalisa cooper . So helpful and kind and caring on a scale of 1 to 10 o would give her 20 .I am greatfull we met via phone conversation..

The Medicare rep was very knowledgeable and helped us with our decisions which Insurance best fit our needs for the future. She was very pleasant and seemed very eager to help with any questions that we had.

The people on the phone were extremely helpful and answered all questions politely and quickly. I would rate them a 10!

Good sales rep was quick to respond, was knowledgeable, completed the application process smoothly, and offered a fair price for insurance. I can't comment on the quality of the actual insurance claims and coverage process yet. I have not yet needed to file a claim. I wont recommend to others until I have used the insurance.

I was very pleased with Cole Kraft he was able to answer all my questions and concerns pertaining to which program to purchase. He help me understand the difference between the program that were available for individuals. I was able to make a choice that would best fit my needs and plus, because Cole explained the coverage in a way that I believe my well being for now and in the future will fully be covered thank you Cole. I was able to purchase a supplement program that will fit my needs and that was affordable this was equally important. I am looking forward to being apart of Americo family. I give them a 5 star rating 🌟

Great service helped me understand all of my choices

The process was pretty easy to accomplish. My only complaint is trying to get in touch with the right agent. Returning calls.

The agent, Cole Kraft was nice and helpful. I have not started my insurance yet. It is effective 1/01/21.
