I needed a Medicare supplement and after looking and pricing over 25 companies that offer Medicare supplements online I sent a message to Great Southern Life. An agent called me and gave me the information and pricing that Great Southern offered. The agent also gave me information on how I could save $78 a year by enrolling in plan G instead of enrolling in plan F. Called the agent 2 days later and he was on vacation so I called the main phone number and left a message and Mr Keaton Johnson called me back a few minutes later. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the plan I wanted and the cost. He wrote up an application and within 30 minutes I had the Medicare supplement policy I needed.
I appreciatedMr Johnson’s friendliness and professionalism. I had an excellent experience and did not have to wait days to find out if I was accepted.

I give it one star because I can not give it 0 please don't get this insurance. Jordan came to my house and I was convinced and then a few weeks later I received the paperwork and the insurance was going to be for amount of my house 220 and the paperwork said 120 really that was a joke what was the point. Ill call them and told me I had to paid more.
I was ok fine whatever.
The covid hit and I had to make cuts and decided to cancel them. And when I call and cancel suppodly it was a done deal and then 2 month pass by and I didn't notice I was charger the second month I notice because it withdrawn my account.
And ill call them and they told me my account was not cancel and I told them is ridiculous. I told tell I want it cancel tell told me I was going to get a letter by mail and u need to sign the paperwork and I told the ok I got the paperwork and send them. And another month pass and my husband got a letter which I was surprised because my husband didn't got the insurance he was going to be the person getting the money if something to me happen. When I open the later they where charging my husband and I started laughing it was none sense ill call them again and they told me yes your husband it getting charger because if I was not going to paid he was in the paperwork that he will pay for me and ill told them no my husband never sign no paperwork I wrote my husband and my brother name to be the receiver they were not ther when I sign how they will held responsible if they where not even there?.
They told me sign the paperwork and they will not charger him I told them ill already send it.
Another month past by and my husband got another bill. I'll call them again and told them I'll already send the paperwork why I'm getting charger ill thought it was cancel and she told me well we send another paperwork because it was to be notarized because the signature wasn't the same,
I got the paperwork when to a notarized and send it and after 3 weeks I call them back and they didn't receive nothing I wanted to see if it was cancel or I will receive another surprise but they didn't receive anything
Finally today I got a email 📧saying is cancel

By the way the person that came it was Jordan and after the signature I call him and he keep telling me u can not help you u need to call the company because I call him to tell him about the amount and he said call the company

by the way Jordan told me if I wanted to cancel at anytime all the money it refunded he even explained it could be like a savings you could take the money anytime u wanted if u had any emergency and when ill cancel them they told me no money will be refunded I was shocked and I was glad I cancel it imagine paying for years. That's why I was happy when Jordan said no penalty if you pull money out or want to cancel it please make sure eveything is on writing.
Worth experience ever.

If you don't believe me just try this call americo and ask then that you want to cancel your policy and see what they said.

Mr. Kraft was very pleasant. He gave me more information on Medicare and how it works than all of the other agents combined , that I have spoken with. He is interested in giving his clients the best that can be offered. He called the first time over

Michael Ramsay was the agent who sold us the policy. Knowledgeable and friendly. The policy and card came to us in a timely manner. No way of knowing how well the policy is until the initiation date of 09/01/2021.

We tried the Advantage plan with Humana ,i did not like the coverage which is why I need a change.
