I am very happy with my experiences I have had with your Company so far. I received my policy information within a week of signing up for my Medicare Supplemental Insurance. I am very pleased with my premium amount for the Plan G. I am hoping to be able to stay with your Company for several years.

Promptly sent policy confirmation via email, and hard copy in mail.
Charges to my account were correct. Agent was very helpful in explaining the policy coverages to me, and I am happy so far!

I have dealt with quite a few people regarding the purchase of a Medicare supplement and the gentleman who helped me purchase this policy was friendly, informative, and explained the policy and the steps to purchase it extremely well. I can only hope that I will be as happy with my policy as I was with the time spent purchasing this policy. Thank you.

My experience with the agent today was awesome

Americo Insurance just may be the perfect insurance for the healthy, young, prescription free adults, but I was not one of them. I took a health quiz and passed was told I qualified for a lower rate because of this. GREAT, filled out all the necessary information and considered my self enrolled. Three weeks later I received a letter stating I was not. I had allowed plenty of time for the company to respond one way or the other. Three weeks put me frantically searching for another policy which was completely irresponsible on there part. Do your homework on this company, I realize they are busy, but so am I. So thankful for Insurance companies that insure unperfect people.

Got a good supplementary medicare policy for my A&B.

Quick easy process. great rate

I spoke with Jalisa Cooper, an America agent, who gave me the price informatio that I requested based on my age, location and health history. Although I was approved immediately, I requested that she not put my application through until I called her later in the day after I finalized my research.
When I could not reach her, I called Great Southern Life directly to tell them to cancel my application. I then found out that my application had been sent through and a bank draft had already begun being processed. Keith Armour, the customer service rep tried to stop the process but was unable to do so.
I'm now waiting for a letter saying that I cancelled my policy that I have to sign and return to the company. I asked to have this letter emailed so I could sign, scan and email back to them. I was told this was against company policy. It is a week later and I still don't have the letter.

My bank has issued a claim against payment of the check.

On researching this company further, I could not find any other insurance brokers other than Cross Pointe who carried them. The price might be low, but their business practices leave a lot to be desired.

I was a bit anxious to enroll in a Medicare Supplement program. I basically understood the information from reading Medicare website. Also, I wasn't sure about what I would encounter with a sales rep as so many are pushy and don't take time to explain and simplify matters for people.
Well, that was not the case with the Americo rep! He was very kind, considerate, conversational, explained things very well, and was sincere. We enjoyed speaking with each other throughout the process of my application. Oh, and I might add he texted me right away to see if I wanted to call for a quote. It was a great experience and he represented Americo in a very excellent, professional, and friendly manner.

The entire process was very simple the lady helped me on the telephone and everything was very easy to switch from my former carrier

I have never heard from you since James signed me up with you.
No insurance plan papers, no insurance card.

The representative who helped me navigate the details of your Medigap plan, Josh, was very knowledgable, patient explaining details, had excellent verbal communication skills and was thorough. I was able to make an informed decision however I still need more time to completely evaluate all relevant plans.
