I’ve had a brilliant experience with Allison Homes. Angie, Grant, and the whole team, have been exceptionally kind and helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. From the very beginning I was kept well updated and informed, and Angie has always been on hand and happy to support with answering my questions. Since moving in Grant, and the site team, have regularly checked in making sure I’m happy with everything. I can’t fault the customer service and I know I’ll be very happy in my new home!

Amazing experience buying a home with Allison homes at Frampton Gate. Paula who liased with me whilst settling in was great, even calling me in the evening after work hours to check everything and ask if I had any concerns. The essential maintenance kit handed over is a nice added extra and very unexpected.

I didn’t think that buying a house could ever be so easy. From the day I first viewed the house shown to me by Angie to the day of completion it has been so smooth. The site team Grant, Steve and Declan have been absolutely wonderful. They truly couldn’t do enough for you. Angie is so thorough with the home visits, paperwork and making sure I am aware of next steps within buying a property. Steve and Declan did my home demo which was very informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving into my new home!
Grant has been so helpful in fixing snags and making sure they have been done pretty much immediately! I didn’t really have any major snags however the ones I have had have been rectified within a speedy timeframe! He’s gone above and beyond with general helpfulness in the first few weeks of me moving in with any issues I’ve had too! Thank you.
I absolutely love my house and it wouldn’t have been such a lovely experience hadn’t it been for the wonderful team here at Beaufort Gardens! Thank you x

Annabelle has been fantastic to deal with throughout our process in finding the perfect home. She has been so kind, thoughtful and most importantly she has listened to everything we have requested. We have been fortunate enough to find that home and have every faith in Annabelle to guide us through this exciting time. I would highly recommend Annabelle to anyone thinking of buying a new home. Sophie has been amazing too and so friendly.

William Wallace, Tracey & Liz (from the sales team) and Matt (site manager) have all been amazing from start to finish of the whole buying and moving in process. They made it as stress free and as seamless as possible explaining everything to me and going above and beyond. Matt was on call to lend a helping hand in the first few days after moving in which was really appreciated and William has always been at the end of the phone for any questions or concerns even following my completion. Amazing team, they deserve credit for their hard work!

This review is for Chris Payne who has been brilliant round our house.
Chris has done some painting , tiling and redone the sealant after some water damage due to a leak in the bathroom.
Not only has he done a great job but he is also well mannered and just got on with the job no questioned asked, thank you Chris.

Amazing customer service from Tareena at Allison homes. Nothing is too much trouble goes above and beyond to help. Also Kevin one of the operatives is such a nice guy and his work is to such a high standard.

The buying experience was great, they couldn’t have been more helpful. That is until problems occur. I have been trying to get my carpets and turf rectified since December. The garden is boggy and uneven and despite making fixes to others around me, they have refused to help.
The carpet was worn and delaminated after 6 months, it was also poorly fitted, with frayed edges and short runs. Instead of dealing with the issue they referred me to the floor fitter and carpet manufacturer- all blame each other and there is no resolution from Allison Homes .
Be very careful what you negotiate into any deal. I knew the carpets would be more entry level, but they are incredibly poor in quality and fit and it makes you wonder what else they have done cheaply. Despite sending out an independent assessor I have heard nothing back.

Speaking to Tareena is always a breath of fresh air, she is personable, listens to your concerns and provides clarity on next steps and expectations. My wife and I are looking to move our family into the Norwich area, and we discovered THE OAKS development. We booked an appointment at the marketing suite and were seen by ANNABELLE.
Annabelle was extremely thorough in her assessment of our needs and recommended the most appropriate homes before taking us to view them.
We fell in love with a property and Annabelle helped to explain the purchase process and helped us to reserve our (hopefully) new home!!

After making contact numerous times, attending the site and no staff there the office being closed on a friday afternoon.I eventually got a message and got booked in by a lady standing in for the rep.
Upon arrival today we went to the office and said hi we have an appointment at 12.30. The reply was "No you haven't I haven't got any appointments today" wow how to make you feel welcome. I showed the lady my tx booking and got told oh shes new she doesn't know what shes doing. Well I disagree,she had been very polite and responded very quickly and then booked us in.
We were taken to the show home the lady ran round turning lights on it wasn't set up to receive clients. She then left us to it. We had so many questions and no-one to answer them. We found the whole process from trying to make an appointment to turning up very slap dash. Luckily there are other sites around Grantham who are happy to book us in. Very Disappointed

We purchased a 4 bed property in the Kings Meadow - Fernwood estate
It was apparent to use that on the property handover, there was a brown tinge to our kitchen/utility hard flooring. This has clearly been caused by them leaving the door open to let dust in, while the hard flooring was drying. So now the dust is embedded into the vinyl
I then raised this with Allison homes a week later. Since then, they have sent 6 different people to fix/look at this over the course of 5 months. (1 was unnanounced)
After all of these, it still isnt resolved.
I then raised a formal complaint, this was acknowledged and they just suggested to send another person round. This would be the 7th person that i would have to have booked time off work for.
Every response they have sent is generically worded that doesnt address the issue, just a fake apology, and with no responsability taken.
You know, one of those robot responses you get from a live chat bot. That is borderline cringeworthy.
I have given them to the last day in September to give this a final solution. If i do no receive this i will unfortunately have to take them to small claims court for the cost of new flooring. As well as the time i have spent dealing with this, including loss of income.
Id recommend thinking twice before purchasing a new home from this company, they are fake when they say that they are customer focussed. Its all about money for them.
I shall be sharing this review on all of Google, Allison homes estate pages
I have given Allison Homes nearly 6 months to resolve this, which is more than fair

We dropped in at Wootton Grange without an appointment whilst visiting Norfolk.
Tanya C was very welcoming and was very happy to rearrange her morning activities and take us around the show homes, discuss the development and answer our many questions.
We left with an arm full of information and an appointment to return but most of all we had an excellent visit and Tanya C was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided great customer service.
