Workman who came to my home at short notice today was a true gentleman.
He was very professional and very nice to talk to.

Bought my house in Farriers Reach. August 2023.
The post purchase support has been really good. Any issues have been promptly addressed by Courtney, and fixed by Matt and Kevin who are always friendly and professional.

I would like to say thank you to Allison homes for supporting me to buy my home. Liz, Liz brown you’re exceptional and outstanding. You were ever so helpful and supportive through out my journey. I wouldn’t not have bought my house if it weren’t because of your dedication to supporting me achieve my goal. Thank you so much Liz.
I would also like to give a big shout out to Paula who did the demo. You were excellent and easy to talk to. Ladies thank you so much!

Given all the bad press that new homes builders get, I have been blown away by Allison Homes, in particular William Wallace and Paula Merrill.
Will looked after us through the purchase and as it was my son’s first purchase he was patient and communicated well. He offered support throughout the process and there was no pressure even though we were almost the last on the site. Usually you get dropped as soon as the sale is done, but not so by Will. He kept in touch and checked in to see if we were happy.
Post sale Paula handled our snagging.... although I have to say it was relatively minor. The house was sold and had been checked over before we got in, however despite this; the issues I raised are being dealt with less than a month after completion! The guy who came to resolve was also great. Swift to rectify and no quibbles.
Would I recommend Allison Homes?.... 100%. My son loves his house and the customer care has been outstanding.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and have had the odd teething problem & leak etc along the way, but Paula has come to the rescue each and every time and delivered on all promises to date….quickly, efficiently and always with a smile.

I had the usual amount of issues in a new build house - but Courtney Goodwin was fantastic with her communication and helping me to sort these, even up to the 2 year mark!

Having moved to the UK for less than a year, this is our first house bought here. Obviously we are inexperienced in many things, but Louise, Richard, Danny and Paula have been very helpful. We had a professional snagger came in to check everything and there were only minor snagging issues. Special thanks to Richard, the site manager who dealt with all the snags promptly. He is very friendly and professional, happy to answer all my questions. Much appreciated!

Richard and Danny have been very helpful throughout the process of moving into my new property. Being a first time buyer, they have been very accommodating with any questions, queries and provided support where needed. Nice to know site are reachable, reliable and trustworthy, not forgetting friendly! Thank you both!

Leigh and Paula have been brilliant, attentive and thorough in organising and completing any work we needed doing. Really grateful for their time and effort in making sure our house is perfect!

My partner and I purchased our first home with Allison Homes in September 2023 at Farriers Reach in Oakham. We’ve had a great experience with special thanks to Will, Paula, Danny and Andy for being incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Overall the house was in near perfect condition throughout, there were just a couple of minor snagging issues which were dealt with promptly. A great service and would highly recommend Allison Homes and the Farriers Reach team.

Brilliant support, help and guidance throughout the whole process from initially taking an interest in the property to continuing same after moving in - everyone involved in this has been first-class and so grateful to having Paula and Danny on hand to follow-up and resolve any concerns after moving in. Everyone so lovely, friendly and professional.

Love the flat and the quality of build. Great location for the town. All the staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Danny was very supportive in settling in, and Paula was also very attentive in checking the final few issues. In truth i think the work she does with her stickers is so thorough before a move in, most kf the issues are already solved. I have had about 13 new house moves in my life, and never seen that role in any of them. Great help. Twice i have asked a worker to help moving furniture in and given in a friendly helpful manner.
Looking forward to my new life here.

Just had our follow up with Paula to go through what can only be described as minor snagging, all dealt with without fuss and sorted within a few days.
Very pleased with the whole experience of buying our new apartment

I moved into a new apartment built by Allison Homes in July. The whole experience was excellent. The price was good and property purchase went through very smoothly. The apartment was completed for the date promised. Allison Homes on-site team have promptly dealt with all (minor) snags, when they arose. The development is very attractive and my apartment is well designed and provided with high quality bathroom and kitchen appliances.

We have very recently moved into our new home in Farriers Reach and have been delighted with how everything has been handled. As with every new house there are always snags and small issues but Andy & Danny have been frequently on hand to help us resolve them and the whole team around have been super helpful and have gone above & beyond for us.

I purchased a property with Allison Homes this year and the staff were all amazing. Initially I dealt with Deborah at the office and she was very friendly, efficient and Professional.
The process ran very smoothly and I was given all the necessary information required.

After I moved in the Building Site staff Danny & Andy were amazing. They fixed all the snagging list very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and continued to check that everything was ok and if I needed anything on a regular basis. Very friendly and Professional and their help was very much appreciated.

Overall a very impressive service and I’m very happy here.

Me and my partner purchased a property on the Farriers Reach development, completed in September 2022. Danny and Andy have been really helpful with sorting out any thing. They, along with Louise, have really helped with the stress of buying our first home and learning what comes with it. Big thanks to them all!

The experience of dealing with Allison homes has been a pleasure from beginning to end. From the office staff, to the builders and particular thanks must go to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager who have gone above and beyond, always ready to help and nothing is too much trouble. I would also say that the quality of the builds are not equalled by any of the other and other varied new builds that I have

It was an easy, seamless and hassle free purchase. But the stand out has been the after care provided by the team. Of particular note are the site managers who have gone above and beyond their roles, especially since we completed. They've been watering grass, arranging extra work and generally looking after us so well. Nothing has been a problem. Very happy with our experience.

Very disappointing experience.
And it’s should be our first house… unfortunately our experience with Alison homes don’t go as well as we hopped. Very hard to understand how they do things, we gave our snag list weeks ago and we asked number times what’s happening with our snag list and we keep hearing from them that next few days someone will come and go through that list and it’s happening over and over again. How bad is that snag list (we got hole in the bathroom wall…) and there’s more… but we getting tired of asking them to do something… no communication at all, unfortunately we can’t recommend Allison homes, but if you will decide to choose them I suggest before you move in get someone qualified to do your snag list
