Very happy with our new home at Corby Glen. Great location, well- thought put house design, high quality specification and construction and very good value. Purchase process and minor snagging work all handled very efficiently. We’ve been particularly impressed by how everyone at Allison homes has been really keen to make sure we’re satisfied with our purchase - and we definitely are!!!

Rob came today and solved a particular problem where the built in boiler had been installed in a cupboard and the front panel of the boiler could not be removed for servicing. He's made the panel removable so that servicing can now be achieved. Well done Rob 👍

I moved into my house a couple of months ago and Paula, the Customer Experience Manager, has been fantastic! She is super friendly and nothing ever feels like too much!

I've had such an amazing experience whilst buying a home with Allison Homes. Angie and Will were absolutely amazing through the sales process all the way through to completion. Thank you so much for all of your help! Paula has been shamazing! She has been such a huge help with any teething issues we had and everything was resolved within a few days.

We moved into a home on the The Orchards, Corby Glen in June.
From start to finish Will and his team could not have been more helpful. They made the whole journey easy. We used their solicitors, which made life so much easier and we can't thank Bradley Wybrow enough for helping us with form filling, posting, emailing,etc. Paula has been fantastic with the after care service. Nothing is too much trouble.
The build quality is good with literally a few little things that need fixing.

We are completely in love with our new Allison Home, Angie was absolutely brilliant during the whole purchase process ensuring everything went smoothly. Paula is terrific at the after care not an easy job I’m sure but she’s a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much for her.
Kevin that does the new build snagging is great completely pleasant and really nice to have working on my home.

A wonderfully warm welcome, unhurried viewing, all questions answered without any hesitation, a fantastic deal offered and then Maria very patiently talked me through all the reservation paperwork!
Really high qualty finish throughout the very well designed property, beautifully laid out development in a stunning and thriving village. Really looking forward to moving in !!!

She has kept me up to date each week and checked in with the sale of my current property. She has been so helpful and reassuring through the process and ready to answer any questions I have.

We have just purchased 50 Orchard Way. We must say the whole journey from start to finish was superb. The main reason for this was Angie your sales executive,she was amazing in every way ,the help and advice was second to none. We cannot praise Angie highly enough she is an absolute credit to your company. Even when we moved in she has been so helpful with advice .The site team of Wayne and Jordan have also been great with information and help.Paula from aftercare has also been very helpful although we have yet to finish our snagging list yet.Overall very impressed

We have just purchased and moved into a property on The Orchards (plot 52). Angie, the development’s Sales Executive provided an excellent service during the purchase phase and Kevin (Customer Service Technician), Paula (Customer Experience Manager) and Jordan (Site Manager) have all been very professional and extremely helpful as we moved in and addressed the initial snags.

Allison homes as a whole have been fantastic. But the continuous support shown during and even after purchase from Paula and Angie has been something me and my partner appreciate so much! Being first time buyers, it’s an extremely daunting process buying a house. But the whole team made it a seamless move.

With new builds, there may undoubtably be a couple of things that need resolving in the first couple of months, however Paula has been a literal phone call away, ensuring anything that needs resolving is, in the shortest time possible! (Although I must say, the build quality is excellent, so any issues problems have been minor in reality).

Angie, Paula and Wayne at the Orchards are amazing and are an asset to Allison Homes. Angie works tirelessly and nothing is too much trouble for her and she is a pleasure to deal with.

This was our first experience buying a brand new home, we have moved house a couple of times previously, so was apprehensive about what to expect. As with most things in life you hear horror stories and negative new build property stories were plentiful.
I'm pleased to say this was not the case with Allison Homes. From day 1 we were greeted by the wonderful Angie from The Orchards development who was very warm and welcoming. Angie has been nothing short of amazing throughout our new house buying process. We had so many questions, queries, change of design requests, the list went on. In every single meeting, phone call, email, Angie has provided such warmth and support along with her professional expertise, we really couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this process. Even when we were ultra picky with design options Angie was always patient and would support us in achieving our dream home vision.
We were introduced to the site manager, Wayne, and he was equally supportive and quick to answer any concerns we had. This has carried on post move, Wayne is always on hand to support any snagging that needed to take place.
What a power house you have at The Orchards with Angie and Wayne at the helm. Both have been a real pleasure to work with and do the company proud. Nothing is too much trouble and we have always felt listened to and any queries we raised have been taken seriously and actioned.
We have recently had the pleasure of meeting Paula who deals with post move in snagging issues. To date Paula has been quick to action concerns, determined to solve any snagging issues and provided us with the additional support required once you move into a new build property. Another wonderful member of the Allison Homes team.
In terms of improvements we have been disappointed with the lack of choice when it came to kitchen units and bathroom tiles. If you like grey and white kitchen units then this colour was plentiful. We prefer cream/stone colours and this shade was severely lacking. We really like our new kitchen style but it would not be our first choice had we been given a larger colour pallet to choose from. This was also the case with bathroom tiles, a rich cream coloured tile would of been great.
All that being said we are so glad that we opted to purchase a brand new property and we cannot recommend Allison Homes enough.

I recently reserved a property on the beautiful Orchards development in Corby Glen with planned completion at the end of the month. I can confidently say that my experience to date has been exceptional, every step of the home-buying process has been handled with professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. Angie has remained incredibly responsive and attentive taking time to understand my needs and preferences and offering prompt responses to my questions and concerns making me feel valued and assured that I am in good hands. Angie and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for viewings and home demos, and their friendly demeanour made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Alison Homes - their exceptional service and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction has made what can be a stressful process much easier!

We were faced with a few setbacks during our house purchasing journey but Angie was a constant support throughout it all and never once gave up hope on us. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process - this wouldn't have happened without Angie and Allison Homes are very lucky to have her - she is a true asset!

Very friendly and helpful

This was our first new build house, so we weren't sure what to expect going in. I'm happy to say we were both blown away! The build and finish were fantastic and we were able to relax and enjoy our new home straight away. The house itself has everything we needed in terms of rooms and space and it (along with the estate in general) fits in really well to the surrounding area. We couldn't ask for anymore!

The customer service really has been brilliant throughout. Everyone we've encountered both pre and post moving in have been really friendly and extremely helpful - more then we could have expected.

Our main contact with Allison Homes pre-sale was with Angie, the Sales Executive for the Orchards. We bought our house off plan, so there were a lot of choices to go through prior to moving in, but Angie went through and explained them all clearly and was always happy to help us at any point. If there was ever anything she didn't know, she was always ready to search out an answer for us.

Once we'd moved in, Customer Experience Manager Paula was always on hand to make sure we were both happy and that everything was going smoothly. Paula really is an asset to Allison Homes. She is always at the end of the phone, day or night; happy to help with any issues or questions we have. She always seems to go over and above to make sure anything we need doing or answered is done quickly - no matter how much I try to stump her!

It's apparent that Site Manager Wayne and his team take pride in their work from the house itself. The home demonstration given to us by Wayne just before we moved in was comprehensive and covered all the different working aspects of our new home, even down to the last button. If we ever had any follow up questions, we'd only have to ask and he'd be happy to help. Any issues we've needed fixing since moving in have been quickly and ably resolved by Wayne and his team – recently Matt in particular has been a brilliant.

The only minor issue we've encountered with the whole process was the part-exchange of our previous property. There was a third party organisation involved in the part-exchange process (hence not marking Allison Homes down) and any communication/updates from them were few and far between. Everything went as planned with the purchase and nothing was held up because of it, but we did feel left out of the loop for the majority and just had to put faith in them doing as their part. Something to be wary of.

From our experience buying our new home at the Orchards, we'd definitely recommend Allison Homes to friends and family and would also use them again ourselves in the future.
