We were mortgage prisoners in a house too small for our family and unable to buy a new house with the help of a high street lender. We want to say an especially big thank you to Danielle and Sam. Disappointed, waited a year after receiving an AIP from them of 7 percent and requiring a 14 % deposit, credit hugely improved and earnings went up by 10k only for them to get me a terrible deal of requiring over a 20% deposit and 6.8% interest, literally worse than last year. Had far more reasonable offers come back through from other potential brokers, can’t understand what they’ve possibly put forwards to the lender to get such an abysmal quote back.

When my bank did say no hsbc I rang when the bank says no and Ashley and his team made buying my first home possible , even though the first one fell through due to leased roof space solar panels , they were very quick and when I found this property , was very smooth and completed in six weeks , very impressive and communication is second to none , kept me updated every step of the way , five star service from beginning to end .
