Your representative was polite and helpful in all aspects of setting up our cruise. She was very up front with everything and there were no surprises. She made our booking experience easy and we’re excited for our cruise.

After booking the trip, I have received two emails. One asking to book airfare and one offering trip insurance. Nothing regarding the trip. So where is the information regarding the trip itself?

So far, the experience has been good for my first cruise. They seem to be on top of things. I hope it continues.

When I talked with the agent, she did not divulge that I was actually working with a travel company. I thought I was talking directly to someone at Uncruise. She gave ma a quote for travel insurance that was actually half the actual cost. Otherwise she has been very helpful.

Have really appreciated Alena’s assistance with planning our Alaska cruise. As a novice to cruising, her knowledge and experience has really helped us with confidence planning our first cruise.

Ian Simmons developed a rapport with me quickly. He inquired appropriately of the special needs I had for my son, understood them quite well and made me feel like he truly had our best interest in mind.
