I have been trying to book an Alaskan Cruise for 4 adults for July of 2020 and have had a heck of a time getting this accomplished. Thank you Lori Doerr

The total was suppose to be right around $3400 after taxes and port fee but it ended up over $3700!
They charged me the $300 for the insurance but never actually gave it to me

Great Customer service so far. Hope it continues.

The cruise counselor was extremely helpful and courteous. Explained details of the cruise and get what we wanted.

Leanne was a wonderful travel agent and worked on days during which she was off to help us arrange our trip. She also knows her business. We were totally satisfied. She went well beyond what an "ordinary" travel agent would do.

I called by phone because Im not good at booking online.rep..Jackie answered and helped me .She met all my needs and Answered all Questions.the trip to Alaska will be a wonderful trip because someone cared.thanks

The idea of a cruise had been a "consideration" until my partner expressed a strong interest in an Alaskan adventure. Not knowing the first thing about arranging this kind of trip, I searched the Internet for ideas and options. When I came upon AlaskaCruises.com and their "press to call" option, I quickly learned there are very knowledgeable travel advisers available to walk me through all my questions. Over the course of a few days we had found an ideal travel option that met our timeline. I have already shared my experience with friends looking for help in booking their own travel.

Sabrina was terrific. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Very prompt in her responses helped us get the tour we wanted and helped our two other family members get cabins near us on the ship.

Our advisor, Liz, was wonderful. She patiently explained our options and answered our many questions. As a first time cruiser, I appreciated her every effort to lead me through the process.

I have had no complaints w/ Alaskan cruise. All has gone quite smoothly thus far.
