Really responsive, I started a request for a quote for landlord coverage online but couldn't finish it as my requirements didn't fit the standard format of the form. An agent picked this up and followed up the same day by email to offer support. She then arranged a bespoke quote by the next day. All my questions were answered promptly, the coverage provided was very comprehensive and the price was well below what I had been paying for my previous cover.

I renewed my mum’s landlord property insurance through Alan Boswell’s and it was so easy to do and actually speak to someone! I dealt with Jamie and initial contact for renewal was via email then over the phone to confirm and update her policy.
Highly recommend them.

The best thing about Alan Boswell is that it is easy to get to speak to a real person and that person is always polite and helpful. Apart from that the quotation for their insurance is competitive. I have used them a lot over the years and although I have gone elsewhere from time to time, I keep coming back.

Direct contact, on the phone, with a real named person who stayed with me throughout the setting up of anew car policy. I was given advice as we progressed in a non mechanical way. I got the cover I wanted with the knowledge that I would have local contact with a named person on the phone or who I could visit if I so wished. I am 84and drive à 1996 Volvo 940 so I was not expecting the premium to be cheap and it was not but talking to a real person with whom I could have a normal conversation trumped à cheaper premium found elsewhere.

I was intending to just renew my Insurance policy with another Insurer when I received an Email from Alan Boswell, as I had previous been insured them. I was impressed that they had reached out to me asking if they could provide me with a quote. So I emailed them back and dealt with Scott who was incredibly polite, friendly, efficient and professional. He dealt with all my queries very quickly indeed and as such I took a new policy out via him as it was cheaper than my renewal quote - even though I never intended to switch away from my current insurer! I couldn't fault his service and would thoroughly recommend Alan Boswell.
