Good value, easy to renew online, and didn't require a survey.

First experience was great, so have a policy through Alan Boswell.
Second experience was NOT great, so will not use or recommend them.
Now company want to challenge this genuine review- all I say is provide great service all the time, and then genuine reviews like this would not be needed.

An excellent company that we have been with for many years. Recently we needed to change our policy and the help was efficient, done in a timely manner.
It is nice to phone and speak with a representative who knows exactly what you require and stays with you during the process. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and helpful

Renewing my insurance was made very easy and straightforward with Amanda. Good communication. The crux of an insurance is how they deal with a claim if you need to make one. I feel reasonably confident that this would be dealt with quickly and professionally by Amanda and the team.
