The customer service advisors are always very helpful. Their policies are competitively priced. I have used them for a number of years for my Landlord's insurance.

Terrible insurance company ! Very poor service they just ignore claims hoping they will just disappear also very slow returning calls when very urgent do yourself's a favour and use a professional insurance firm.

We are kept well informed. Notices are timely. Application is dealt with courteously as we hit the deadline due to the timimg of the trustees meetings.

Good communication, competitive rates , dealing with humans.

We needed a bespoke residential insurance policy to cover us during heavy refurbishments. It needed to satisfy the lenders requirements, which proved harder than expected. Credit to Joshua Evans level of service and for being on the ball and tracking down the right product which enabled us to keep things on track.
