I’ve just rented a new flat, and Lauren Loake made the process of setting up tenant insurance very easy. She was patient in answering my questions and took the time to clearly explain the different aspects of the policy.

I have insured my buy‑to‑let property with HomeLet for the past 20 years. During this time, I have had two major subsidence claims, both of which were handled smoothly and settled without any difficulty. Their communication and overall service have consistently been excellent.
