This is the second cassette I have purchased from Airbike, one to replace Sram and the second to replace Shimano. Both are as good or better than the original at a fraction of the price. I will stick with these guys if they manufacture the equivalent item.

I bought several wide-range cassettes from AirbikeUK during the first 2 years of the Covid pandemic and was very glad to get them as other supplies were interrupted. Most were good quality and very good value and are still providing good service. One failed when the big sprocket folded up when I was emerging from a junction but AirbikeUK made a full refund immediately the problem was put to them.

Prompt delivery, parts seem reasonable quality for price, too early to say regarding reliability.

Fab company, with their own extensive product range! I ordered an Air Bike SRAM cassette and it turned up on time and considerably cheaper than any other on-line shop out there. Would highly recommend anyone to check them out. I will definitely be using them again

I have used air bike before and found them to be very good. Recently placed an order with them and when I received it one item was missing. I emailed straight away and they were able to rectify it very quickly. Very good company and helpful.

Bought 2 cassettes for the price of 1 shimano. Great value for money and lasted very well.

Top drawer products. My go to shop for components now. Bought a cassette and some ceramic pads. The cassette outlasted the Shimano ones I've been fitting, was genuinely so impressed I bought three more. Ceramic pads are top notch too. For the price, I won't even consider looking elsewhere.

Item got delivered in time and well packaged. The price was great too!

It turns out i ordered the wrong bottom bracket, tried contacting the company to issue a return and exchange but got no reply despite contacting the email address discriminated on their website as the one to use to issue a return.

Luckly managed to sell the bb off to a colleague that needed a similar one and made my money back.

Bought an MTB fork and drive train components. Very competitively priced, arrived swiftly. Really pleased with the fork, a superb value for money item. No issues with chain of cassette. Will use Air Bike again

A great UK company offering excellent products at very reasonable prices. I recently bought cassette, chain and brake rotors all great quality at a decent price and promptly delivered.

I brought an airbike fork and a 10 speed cassette. I think they were excellent vfm. I use the fork on my everyday bike commuting xc MTN biking n bike packing.
The forks are serviceable and Airbike could make this a little more obvious and list service kits on site. Also I think the decals should come in a range of colours.

I've purchased many items from Airbike.uk for my rather large collection of bikes. The service from them has always been first class - good communication, prompt delivery, well packaged and first class products at very competative prices. Having covered a lot of miles on these components, I can testify to their quality and longevity, having had no failures at all. Good value and service on the brake discs I purchased

Airbike's customer services is excellent. Need help ring them.
The Air Forks I purchased were also excellent and at a very good price and quality for their purpose. Arrived well packed and on the day expected.

I have bought two sets of forks (one set for my fat bike) and the quality and value are really good. They also arrived quickly and without any problems and packaged well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

I needed a new 10 speed 11-46 cassette for an e-bike conversion I was doing, I couldn't find a shimano one available anywhere at the time then I came across the Airbike version and I decided that will have to do for now because it's available and cheap.
That was over 6 months ago, it arrived fast, it looked great and well made and it fitted easily. So far its done several 100km on rough muddy tracks and it still cleans up well with very little signs of wear.
I now have no intention of changing it for something with a well known brand name because it continues to do its job extremely well.
If I need anything else for my bike I would have no hesitation in buying it from Airbike , its good stuff at a good price.

I ordered a 12 speed cassete for my ebike, as they have been difficult to find. Airbike delivered it promptly in a few days, and it fits and runs perfectly. Will be using them again.
