I haven't been able to use because, haven't had an opportunity to travel yet, in the process of trying to gather up some change to travel

Just traveled to the Galapagos with one carry on and my day pack. Loved using Aerless as it was easy to use and saved lots of space. More than the 15 items they claim. Saved me time getting through customs without a bag to check.

The quality of your product is far superior than others. Shipping could be quicker and communication would be appreciated if a shipment is delayed.

Ordered this product for an upcoming trip to Japan. Have never used anything like this before and I’m a chronic overpacker. The bags are sturdy and fit quite a bit of clothing in them. The orange pump is compact and charges really quickly. Overall the system works really well and would recommend if you want to save space in your suitcase.

I really love the product and the quality. I can’t wait to use them on a vacation to see how they hold up, I also love that the pump is so lightweight to travel with, so I don’t have to worry about extra bulkiness.

My only drawback is the shipping method that they use. I wouldn’t much rather be given the option to pay for your own shipping to get them here in a little quicker.

I traveled a lot in the past and it tapered off and as it happens my luggage fell apart. I purchased new and it was smaller. I decided to try out Aerless and it worked out so good for me, I made another purchase. I am glad I found the webpage and looking forward to my next trip, bypassing the routine of checking in luggage!

I have been waiting for my product to clear customs for 12 days. Their claims of shipping times are greatly exaggerated. And claim to be USA company is questionable in my view. My request for updates occur in the middle of the night with vague answers. I will not buy from aerless again. Will pay a little more and get a local product that ships as promised.

I bought one for my son for Christmas and then two more for him to use when he travels to Asia next month.

Great product! Everything worked as designed and I was able to use a small suitcase. Of course there is ironing, but there always is. Took some time to ship, I'm sure that can't be helped, but order early.

Once I figured out how to get the packs open for the first time, the product worked great. I was afraid to put too much force into tugging the zipper, so I stopped and Googled how to open (good tips here.) It would have been helpful to have a small piece of paper in the packaging advising me to pull up rather than down the length of the zipper.

It is a very cool Weekenderbag. Lot of Space and a great Fabric. Absolutely Happy

Big scam!!! Do not order products from this website. Products are not working, if you want refound they charge it 30-90usd for return shipping and they’re processing time for refound is 30-120 days!!!

We used 2 of your vacuum kits to for a 7-day ski trip to Europe. We didn't want to check luggage because we didn't want the hassle of waiting for our luggage at baggage claim.

One bag fit my ski pants, my husband's ski overalls and a couple of ski fleeces. The other bag fit our jeans and sweaters for going out at night. We could have never packed all of that without your product.

The only negative was it took longer for our order to arrive than was indicated when we ordered. Then we read several bad reviews and worried, per the reviews, that, it wouldn't come in time, and ordered kits from a competitor.

Your product came before we left for our trip, but not when it was expected per the initial order. So we were happy it came, but still not sure about the order process.

Great customer service helped me out when I ordered the wrong option. I can't wait to try these bags out on my upcoming vacation.

I ordered 4 bags for an upcoming trip. I have only used one bag so far and it worked well especially for my bulky sweaters.

I purchased 2 sets of the bags prior to Christmas. Finally Was able to use them in February for a trip. 3 of the 4 were flawless, but one bag did not inflate. I’m giving 2 stars as I sent a request through the customer service email on February 3rd and still have not heard back from them after 10 days (message from customer service said they would respond within 24 hours).

UPDATE: I have changed my review to a 5 as I did hear back from customer service who informed me they will be sending a replacement bag.
