Their marketing is really misleading and the bags are overpriced and not nearly as compressible as they look in the ads.
I'm really disappointed.

The bags are so small. Unless I am packing just summer stuff. There is no way to get 2 weeks of stuff packed.

The air pump is so loud and barely sucks. I am so disappointed. I will never order from them again.

Purchased the bags on June 21, received on July 7. During the waiting period, I tried to cancel the order because it took too long to get it. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Tried to use the pump to deflate the bags, the pump doesn’t work. Contacted them right away, even sent a video, only to be told to be patient to get a solution from their warehouse. Keep asking for a refund or send me a new pump, still waiting for an answer today which is 8 days after I contacted them. Don’t buy from them. Very bad customer service.

Was skeptical but it was delivered in few days. Suction is strong and does compact the contents well. Pleased with the bag and plan to order a few more for our future travels.

I purchased one of these bags for going on holiday. However it wasn't working so I got in touch with the company to find out how I returned it and to get a refund. On the site its states return with 100days and get 100% refund. What it doesn't say is that to return the bag it has to be in the original packing which I think is false advertising and misleading. Originally they offered me a 15% discount and after much correspondence this went up to 50%. Just be aware of this if you order from this company however I have a feeling that they will be rewording their advertising. I would not recommend them at all.

I couldn't get my bag to open and they insisted on me paying return shipping to China for a broken product. Sent the videos & pictures they asked for. Gave me a 25% refund on a broken product. Total scam. Avoid!

Website is deceptive. It states that product ships from warehouse in the United States and that returns are ‘easy’. Product actually shipped from China and for an ‘easy return’, I needed to ship my order back to China at my expense (not cheap at all!!) I didn’t feel at all confident that it would arrive in China and that I would be credited my purchase price. The ‘one star’ is for responsive customer service. They always replied quickly to my emails and ended up refunding my a portion of my purchase price and I kept the product (that I really didn’t want anyway). Lesson learned - I should have more close checked reviews here and other sites before ordering. Would NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 bags & 3 pumps. Only the bags arrived. They refuse to send the pumps. Any return must be mailed to China, which would cost $$$. I don't even know if the bags work because I don't have a pump. Avoid this scam business!!!

OverPackBag.com is a con company. I made two orders from them believing they were a genuine company with a very slick advert- they have been leading me a merry dance and despite me ordering in March 2026 and me following up to say where are the orders, they told me lies saying it was in Britain on 11th and 12th April and I would receive it soon. I contacted them a month later to ask why it was taking so long to send it to me to an address in Britain since it has been there that long. I never did receive the orders. They are a bogus company with fantastic website to make their bogus stuff look incredible. I told the company politely that I was not impressed with their service and got emails later making fun of me basically. Do Not Touch This Company with a barge pole! I lost quite a bit of money with my two orders as one of them was to be a present to my better half.
In almost mid June the 2 orders still hadn't arrived. It is the first time I have been taken in by a very slick good website design so be warned!

Buyer beware! The bag wasn't what I had expected but because their website said "if you're not happy, we're not happy", I thought that it wouldn't be a problemt to return it. The problem is in order to get a full refund you have to ship the product back to CHINA! How's THAT for customer satisfaction. It will cost you more to ship it back than what the refund is worth.

ordered 5 bags with 2 pumps.
This was also supposed to include gift vouchers.
I received only 4 bags and NO pumps.
I made them aware of this straight away.
I have now emailed 4 times to chase my missing items which they have had the money for!
I have been completely fobbed off with placating responses which are pure lies as they are now ignoring any attempt to follow up and have just kept my money.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. THEY ARE CROOKS!

OK bags with neat pump but adverts suggest it comes with case to put them in - WRONG - you are just getting two vacuum bags. May be better than some plastic ones but not worth the money. Don't waste your cash you can buy a number of replacements if needed for the price of one of these. Very disappointing. Now need to find a new cabin sized bag to take them. - oh and they are longe than the given size of a cabin bag so you have to fold the ends in,

Rubbish Product, Rubbish service!
Used the product which was rubbish. Tried to return for 100% refund as stated on website to be told i couldn't return because product had been used. How do you know if the product is good or bad unless you use it? They offered me a 15% refund.
AI service team so just kept getting same response to my emails.
Absolute joke!!
Please do not get sucked into buying into this scam.

Worst online company I have dealt with. Non responsive only to email a stupid story about how this product was invented. Stupid stupid and yet would not respond to answers on how to return this waste of money !

Total waste off money.don’t bother buy RUBBISH
