Spoke to Rachel Baker-Morton today, and it's always a pleasure to speak to the Advantage team. Even when things aren't quite right with personal finances, they are always happy to help and accommodate where possible.

Their customer services are absolutely spot on; they are well-seasoned and compassionate. It's a big deal when it comes to supplying and supporting customers, where the majority of companies fall flat at being basic humans.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking at personal finance.

I made a desperate call this morning regarding payments, due to an unforeseen circumstance I am unable to make this months payment, I explained this to the advisor and she was fantastic, did everything she could to help, and sent me links for extra support, I got off the phone and felt a weight had lifted, im so grateful

Hollie was absolutely fantastic to deal with.

After weeks of uncertainty and trying to resolve matters between my insurer and finance company, Hollie was the first person who took the time to clearly explain everything and genuinely help.

She confirmed the payment had been received, explained my remaining balance, arranged for a statement to be sent, placed my account on hold while everything is finalised, and proactively sent me an income and expenditure form after recognising the financial impact this situation has had.

She was friendly, patient, empathetic and professional throughout the call. She made what had been a very stressful situation much easier to understand and I came away feeling reassured for the first time during this process.

She is a real credit to Advantage Finance and I hope this feedback is passed on to her.

These people talk about support and offer none.
I've been a good customer paying on time for years. First call where I mention needing a payment break they bring up repossession. Worst is they seem to see themselves as a support line but didn't actually respond with an email confirming actions from the call.
Once we are done I'll be off
