Simple process of applying and processing the finance after I had to get a new car and what a relief to be with Advantage Finance so far. After a payment problem I spoke to Karla O'H and she was such a warm and reassuring person who provided much needed support. Professional, efficient, supportive and empathetic and I normally would avoid phone calls opting instead for emails but after speaking with her shes exactly the type of person you need handling your calls!

I have worked with Vicky at Advantage for over 10 years now and she will always go the extra mile to help where she can. Always quick to respond with any queries ad there to support as much as possible which in turn allows us to give a 5 star service to our customers. Don't know what we would do without you! iv been with Advantage finance for just under a year and found they have been great with no issues at all in that time.. iv recently changed from monthly payed to weekly at work, so i had to be more organized with my outgoing payments,but this month due to an unforeseen circumstance, caused an issue with my account so i called advantage Finance and spoke to Katie R ,who was very,friendly and professional ,and she helped me resolve the minor account issue i had in no time at all with more than perfect results ,so my account is now back to normal..so thank you so kindly Katie R for all your help and assistance very much appreciated..
