Contacted Danny S regards getting an application reapproved & paid out. Was sorted in 30 mins.

The operator I spoke to was outstanding. Empathetic, informative and is an asset to your company. Every employee at the Company doing the same job as her should be trained to her level of excellence.
I suffer with extreme depression and anxiety and not once did I feel triggered during the phone call. It's made me feel like I have one less weight on my shoulders

Jemma Patterson dealt with my finance and there were some paper work issues from the car seller which was dealt with swiftly by Jemma,I was constantly kept informed on the progress so I didn’t need to worry about what was going on.
My whole experience with advantage was a 10/10 and would recommend them 100% .

Repeatedly refusing to open a complaint regarding the sale of a £14000 car which was repossessed due to refusal to pay for a car that they initially repaired and when that failed so did the “humane customer service” now the finance director is stalking my linked in!

After going through some financial difficulties the last few months, Vicky and Katie went above and beyond with supporting me to ensure my account doesn’t fall into arrears. Probably the best customer service I have ever received in all honesty.

They have been so patient with me regarding payments etc, with big life events that have happened to myself/family.

They are nothing short of fantastic & I would seriously recommend them so much for everyone.

Please beileve me in saying this, have been to hell & back the last few months, behind on payments & they just totally understand that life gets in the way sometimes & its great to hear from actual humans who live their lifes too.
