Great Customer service, hard to find products
Customer service is usually great, respond fast and help you find what you need. They have a big range of supplies that are normally fully stocked. Only cons are the pricings are always high and it's really difficult to find what you want on their website. Searching never brings you what you need so you have to ask a sales person to find it for you. If the searching of key words on the site worked better it would be a much faster process, I often shop elsewhere because I don't have time to talk to sales to find me a product.
