We have just migrated to Connect-It for our business phones and broadband, after an introduction from our IT support company. The transition from our previous provider was straightforward, with no downtime. Everything works as it should, and any questions we have asked have been answered quickly.
A good experience all round, and a perfect solution has been provided for a small business.

Highly recommended with knowledgeable staff
Could not recommend this company higher. Initially spoke to the very helpful and knowledgeable Scott, who talked me through a new and improved phone system for our business. I wanted more automated options and some other team members added and nothing was a hassle. Scott was very thorough and you felt like he had your best interest at heart. We then liaised with Andrew who again was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
If you're looking for a phone system, speak with Scott and you will not regret it. Thanks for your help, Scott and Andrew.

I asked a friend about getting a virtual landline. They gave me Connect-its details.
I sent them a email inquiry. I received a phone call from Julian and thereafter the process was very straightforward.
I think from the initial email to having my phone set up was around four days.

The support we received from Connect-It was excellent
The support we received from Connect-It was second to none. Scott supported us all the way through the process ensuring that I understood everything that was happening (despite having little understanding of technology!). The new telephone and Wi-Fi system was set up without any disruption to the business and everything installed has vastly improved the effectiveness of our IT and communications.

Plain Sailing.
We worked with Scott Tanfield who supported us setting up a VOIP system for our start up business.

Highly Recommend
Connect IT saved our company from major issues. We required our broadband connections to be transferred and previously trying to work with the big companies and months of delays and issues, we contacted Connect IT who got the lines transferred without any issues at all and worked with us for the entire process.
