I cannot recommend Saphoy Ltd more highly. From start to finish of the packing and transport of a highly prized family archive, the care and attention to detail was impeccable. The initial call after my first enquiry was scrupulous and courteous, and arrangements for the job to be done were speedy and satisfactory and the costing very reasonable. The archive arrived in excellent condition and on time. I shall certainly use them again - and again!

I couldn’t recommend Saphoy highly enough. They handled the collection, packing and international shipment of four of my paintings from the UK to Berlin, including one particularly large piece measuring 6ft x 5ft, which my usual shipping company simply couldn’t accommodate.

From the moment the paintings were collected, the communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, the timings were spot-on, and everything was handled with great professionalism and care.

Saphoy arranged the specialist packing and bespoke crating required for the larger artwork, as well as all the necessary shipping and customs arrangements. The paintings arrived safely in Berlin exactly as planned.

It’s rare to experience a service where you genuinely have nothing to fault, but Saphoy delivered exactly that.

What an incredible service. This company handled the delivery of nine works of art from the UK to Hamburg for us. We used their white glove service and it was exemplary. Our experience with SAPHOY was truly excellent, starting from an extended email exchange with Rachel that was not only professional, but also friendly and personal. They arranged and carried out the packaging and transportation of three large paintings from Venice (not an easy task given the complexities of transportation) to Nottingham. Everything was done in a timely (pickup Sunday, delivery Tuesday) and professional manner. The team (Adam and John) were clearly very experienced and it was fascinating to see them work with care, precision, and kindness. Needless to say that the paintings reached our children in Nottingham in perfect shape and have now found a place in their homes. If you care about your artwork and look for a serious company to move them, I VERY strongly recommend Saphoy.

Rachel and Adam were both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They made the transportation of my installation to Paris in perfect order despite having to cope with set backs generated at my end. They both went above and beyond to ensure the delivery was made on time. I can’t thank them enough. I can wholeheartedly recommend their service.

The Saphoy team are absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had to move and 2.5m wooden Gruffalo sculpture from a theatre in Manchester to a listed building in London. I had rung so many logistics companies who said they wouldn't be able to do it (including a company who moves aeroplane engines!) but Adam embraced it as a fun challenge! There was constant communication throughout the whole process, with photos of the Gruffalo's progress, and there was always someone at the end of the phone to answer my questions. The team even ended up making special equipment for the move, to make sure everything was extra safe.

The move into the listed building was done super quickly and efficiently, and the team were all excellent! They had thought of everything to protect the building itself, as well as the Gruffalo.

We are incredibly happy with the service received from Saphoy. Lovely experience, lovely people!
