Hurtig levering 🙏🏻 og et fantastisk produkt 💪🏼

Bought an AceZone A-Spire Wireless from Proshop a few months ago. Pros are of course, that it has great surround sound, and a great microphone with excellent noise cancellation. The cons however:

-Setup, Phone & App
However, I remember having so much trouble setting up this bullshit headset. Firstly, the bluetooth pairing outright sucks, and it barely works. My friend, who also bought the same headset, had the same issue, so I doubt this is just an error in my headset, and with the general software that AceZone "deliveres". The past months I haven't been able to change the settings on my headset, this is because the only way to change settings is to pair the headset with your phone, and after the setup I couldn't get it to work ever again. This is a horrible feature.

-The Battery life, and the charging.
The battery runs out faster than it should, after a few months of use, it barely holds power more than 20 hours. This is 15 hours less than advertised on the A-Spire Wireless. While charging the sound lags out, bugs or just generally cuts out. I believe this is because it's using power faster than it can charge, which is problematic because it sets a timer on my gaming sessions, making it so if it runs out of battery, that I need to take it off, turn it off and leave for atleast 6-8 hours to make sure that the headset is charged.

-The material
Generally the material on the most important parts of the headset is quality, this is included, and limited to: the earmuffs and the microphone. Kudos to the people designing this. The rest is plastic, however. After a few months plastic is showing cracks, and it slowly withering already. This is a small detail compared to the other two points above this, as everything these days are made of plastic, and I'd assume produced in china.

To sum it up, it has a few greats, however, considering the price for a regular consumer, and the faults that lie within the product and the software they provide, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Jeg har nu to head sets fra Acezone. Et A-spire og et A-spire Wireless. Begge fungerer virkelig godt og jeg elsker muligheden for selv at kunne tweeke lyden.

Købte dette headset A-Spire True Wireless Hybrid ANC Gaming-headset. Det er der bedste headset jeg nogensinde, har prøvet. Vanvittig lyd, vanvittig Noise Cancellation. Og holder strøm i en evighed.
Det er utrolig nemt at bruge, både med ledning og trådløst.

Er yderst tilfreds med både service og produkter.

The Acer A-Spire headset is seriously impressive. It blocks out background noise really well, so you can stay focused even when things around you get loud. The sound is super clear, and talking with teammates is easy thanks to the great mic. It’s also really lightweight and comfy — perfect for long gaming marathons. Plus, it feels solid and even comes with a travel case if you’re gaming on the go. If you want a headset that’s easy to use, sounds awesome, and feels good to wear, the A-Spire is a great pick.

I bought the A-spire wireless after a friend advised me to try them out. Man, did they work well, probably the best bang for the buck I have gotten on a headset so far, and I have been a gamer for almost 20 years.

Actually really suprised by this brand, have the Arctis Nova wireless pro, turtle beach stealth pro and used to have before beyerdynamic and sennheiser but this one is with soundstage for fps the best

En bra produkt och snabb leverans.

Vi købte 14 acezone a-spire til vores esports forening.

Indtil videre har vi været utrolig glade alle mand. Vi er i nogle tilfælde 10 spillere og 2 trænere, så den aktive noise canceling er rigtig god.

De bliver primært brugt til cs2 og der er de vanvittigt gode. Man hører alt omkring sig.

Kan kun sige gode ord om dette headset indtil videre.

Støjreduktionen er vild! Jeg har købt et A-Rise headset og det er helt sindssygt hvor meget lyd den lukker ude. Uanset hvor meget det larmer kan jeg ikke høre noget ud over den lyd som er i headsettet, alt omkring en forsvinder bare. Det er nok ikke nødvendig for den gennemsnitlige gamer, men det er virkelig for fedt hvis man er lidt nørdet omkring det. Bare det at tage headsettet på hver gang, er i sig selv en oplevelse, hvilket gør at det er alle pengene værd.

Would recommend the A-Spire wireless 100%

I had my earpads on the A-rise go bad which made it impossible to wear comfortably. I contacted Acezone and they sent new ones without any trouble. Great service and great headset.

Ekseptionel ringe kvalitet af headset. Flere gange oplever jeg, at det slår fra under games, hvor man så skal unplug headsettet og sæt det i igang. Dette kan føre til, at games stopper med at respondere. Også i det jeg fik headsettet skal det kun-plugges og plugges til igen, hvergang computeren tændes ellers virker lyden ikke. Trist man finder bedre kvalitet ved andre større indernationele mærker. Endvidere kan headsettet i cs-tilstanden have lyde og steps, som ikke engang er i nærheden af dig. Eksempelvis på nuke kan lyder headsettet i den tilstand, som stepsene kommer ude fra banen. Hvor man dertil så skal unplug headset og plug den ind igen, for at det så måske virker.

Kvalitet hele vejen. A-spire wireless er i en klasse for sig. Lyd, mikrofon og komfort er alt sammen i top. En fornøjelse at bruge.

The price on any headset of yours is crazy. I can buy a sound card and way better headphone for half the price. Not worth it.

The a-spire wireless is unusable while charging as the sound keeps fading away and goes completely quiet for about 5-10 seconds repeatedly. This is such an incredibly big issue as this headset is advertised to be a competitive gaming headset but what are players supposed to do if the headset dies in the middle of a match in a game like cs2 where sound queue's are so important and they cant charge it as the sound just keeps disappearing? I have been talking with someone on their support called Ivett which seems to be completely clueless about their own products and cant help me in any sort of way to resolve the issue or get me in contact with someone on their engineer side which might have some understanding for problem solving their own products. I have tested two copies of the a-spire wireless on two gaming rigs and one laptop and the same issues persist on all computers. This whole experience have just been a big disappointment and I hope that acezone really starts to look over this issue.

Have been true to Acezone ever since I got my first headset from them.
