Seems we are all having the same experience, never received my order (was actually in 2023), no reply from their side, money not going where it should and too late to do anything.

Shocking behaviour by Ryan and Stephanie Barnes. Taking good pies hard earned money that wanted to support the genocide of Palestine. I'm absolutely disgusting people would take advantage of people kindness and rob them. I'm just disgusted. I'm down 100 quid and it's too late to do a reverse charge with the bank and customer claims NI can't do anything because the business has disappeared.

Ordered twice in January 2024, over 2 years and numerous attempts to contact them to ask for a refund. Seems they've misrepresented themselves as part of the resistance, taken the money and ran. Clearly no link between themselves and Palestine's Hibwari (I've had numerous orders delivered directly). They posted a while ago about people being patient. But if I can get kuffiyeh directly from the company making them in 2 weeks, why have 2+ years passed and I've not even had an update on my orders with Abu Wear. It's disgusting that they can treat people this way.

Ordered a keffiyah from them over two years ago. Never arrived even after multiple complaints and emails. They are scammers. Now their website is down and no way on contacting them. Ive lost that money now and its not even gone to the good cause I wanted it to go to. So annoyed and upset at this. Do not buy from them. Scam.

Same as everyone else; £160+ spent on kuffiyas last year I wanted but could wait for, nothing received and no response to the email I sent this year about them.

They never shipped my order no communication i must have sent 10 emails over the last two years.
The website is offline now.
SCAM! And they are hurting the cause.

I ordered in January 2024 , I never recieved my order and yet I tried to contact multiple times.
I remained patient as I believed the wait would be a long time.
I just attempted one last time to contact to find they’re permanently closed down, discover this thread of 1 star reviews.

Since only August of 2025 I have ordered 4 kufiyas directly from
hirbawi, which all arrived fast with open communication. It is genuinely despicable and cruel that Abuwear could have done this to so many people.
If anyone reading this takes one thing from it , please support Hirbawi directly.

Same story as everyone, ordered 2 kuffiyas in 2023, understood there would be some waiting given the g€noc!de in Palestine, reached out to them 3 times since my order and received no kuffiyas, no refund and no information nor any response to my various messages.

In February of 2024 I placed an order for two keffiyehs from AbuWear. I would have ordered directly from Hirbawi Official, but they didn't have the ability to place preorders, AbuWear did. They were a trusted affiliate at that time, and I placed an order for two keffiyehs, and for whatever reason it was, they went under and I never got my order. Don't get me wrong, I still support Hirbawi, I've spoken with their customer support staff and unfortunately there's nothing they can do themselves, but I demand either a refund or the goods I was promised for my purchase.

I did not receive my parcel, and your tracking system sucks. I will never purchase anything ftom your store again, nor will all my friends. This is a bogus store and everything in it

I paid £35.00 in January 2024 and I’m STILL waiting for my order to be delivered in November 2025.
In the meantime, I managed to purchase the same item direct from their supplier in Palestine!
I’m now taking legal action to get my money as well as compensation back.

0 star. No comms, no keffiyehs. £35 stolen from me. I was so patient. I ordered in April 2024.

This company took 142.00 CAD from me in April 2024. I was told to wait patiently for my keffiyehs, which I did, since I understood the situation in Palestine, where the keffiyehs were coming from, and I was in no rush. The most important thing for me was that I somehow supported a Palestinian company (Hirbawi). But the items never arrived, I received no refund, and Abuwear never responded to any of my messages.

During all this time, I have successfully purchased many items from Hirbawi's online store, yet I have not received my items from Abuwear, and still no refund. They have not responded once to my messages via email, instagram, or facebook. I could never get a message to them via their online storefront, though they posted a message telling their customers to have patience and that the items would be sent out when received from Hirbawi. They blamed it on Hirbawi not being able to provide them with enough keffiyehs to fill orders. Yet I hear a rumor they didn't pay Hirbawi for an order(s)?

Truly an awful business if not outright scam.

I would be interested in class action because Abuwear took advantage of a Palestinian company and its supporters in the worst of times. They should pay some kind of consequence.

Ordered a kuffiyeh Jan 2024 and was never sent anything. FRAUD

I’m owed £45 refund still. I didn’t want to do this but it is my money.

I ordered from them in November 2023, I unfortunately have no received anything from them. When I reached out to them in 2024, they told me that the item I ordered was not in stock and will send it out once restocked. I recently reached out to their support team last week and to my surprise the email bounced back. I just read a comment somewhere here that they haven’t paid the distributor, which is very disheartening. Can condone post a review with updates if there is a class action lawsuit happening? This company is fraudulent, especially if they haven’t paid the company they are getting the kuffiyas from for

I ordered a kuffiyeh from them in february 2024, as I wanted to support Hirbawi and thought that by placing na order through Abú it will be easier to get one. I never pestered them about delivering it as i understood the current situation in Palestine, however it's been a year and a half. Im shocked to see they just disappeared with everyone's money like that. Disgusting grifters. Honestly, someone from Ireland who also got scammed by them should pursue legal action against them. Maybe this will bring some justice to Hirbawi and all the customers, as (based on information from another reviewer) Hirbawi got no money from the kuffiyehs they sent to Abú. There's a special place in hell for the people who do this.

I placed an order over a year and half ago. I’m still waiting. Suppoet@abuwear. email has bounced back as address not known. It’s dreadful.

Have they just run off with all the money from peoples orders?

Have been waiting since January 2023 with no response I would echo what everyone else has said

On the endless.co.uk website

It says abu as a compulsory strike off 6 months ago which isn't good for anyone who made an order with the company
