I came across Abelstedt while searching for a special birthday gift for my sister. She’s quite picky with jewellery, so I wanted something that felt elegant and timeless, but still had personality. I ended up choosing one of their classic rings, and it honestly exceeded my expectations! The packaging alone felt super luxurious, and the ring itself sparkled beautifully. She was absolutely over the moon.

Shipping was also fast and reliable, and the customer service was kind when I had a question about sizing. I’ll definitely be coming back for Christmas gifts this year!

I had bought a ring with engraving and after wearing it for one day it already had a crack. And unfortunately it cannot be returned which I think is bad.

It was so personal and the ingraving was done until the small detail

Lång tid till min vara kom i lager men när den sen kom gick allt snabbt!
Ringen var såå mycket finare i verkligen! Är så nöjd! Exakt i min smak! Och förpackningen den kom i var så lyxigt!

My ring lost a stone, and I got an immediate response from customer service, who sent out a brand new ring without needing me to return the old one. Wonderful customer service. Very beautiful rings — I highly recommend them!

Jeg havde brug for at ombytte en ring til en anden størrelse. Jeg sendte den retur mandag og allerede onsdag havde jeg en smuk ring, i den rigtige størrelse. Mega god service🤩!

Wat een slechte zaak. Mijn moeder heeft hier een ring besteld wat niet paste, dus stuurt ze de ring terug. Nu na 3 maanden heeft ze het geld nog steeds niet terug gekregen. Na meerdere contacten met post nl & klarna moet de ring bij abelstedt aangekomen zijn maar ze geven mijn moeder haar geld niet terug en negeren je compleet. Bestel hier niet!!! Het zijn oplichters die je negeren bij problemen en je geld niet terug overmaken

Very good customer service. I was unlucky that I ordered the ring just before Easter, and the transport company didn't handle it well at all. I ordered on April 16th and received the ring on April 30th. But Abelstedt did everything and more to compensate for this. Highly recommended!

I think it’s very common for us as customers to leave reviews when companies do something bad or whenever something goes wrong with our order, but we are not that quick to write a great review so here goes:

I bought a ring from Abelstedt for my partner and omg it didn’t fit, got an (M) I was so sad but they helped me through the return process and today I received a new size just now an (S) and it’s exactly what I wanted (quality and size wise) thank you Julie, for your amazing help and prompt response every time I needed it.

Handlen var fin, men den blev ikke returneret på grund af graveringen, og det vidste jeg ikke, og desværre blev det efterspurgt, og guldfarven er meget lys og slet ikke passende, og jeg kan desværre ikke returnere den.

Package delivered to service point but no message which service point. After contacting customer service they helped me very quickly and i received the package.
It was packed very nicely in a premium package and the ring looks really nice too.
I am happy
