Thank you once again to 99 Bikes at Brookvale and the online order team. As usual you provided amazing service and great information. It’s always a good experience shopping with you no matter the size of the purchase. Great people, Great knowledge and a great range of products that can be depended upon to not disappoint. In the odd case something hasn’t been quite right, the problem is always fixed cheerfully and quickly. Thank so much!

I bought an ebike yesterday at your…
I bought an ebike yesterday at your Brookvale shop, I just noticed when I got back home that they gave me an incomplete items for the bike. Its missing the key for the battery and the warranty certificate. I rang them straight away and talked to the guy who assisted me that I am missing the key etc. He told me he's going to call me back but there's no follow up. Poor service, I'm thinking about returning the bike and ask for a full refund. I think I am not looked after, I have to ring again and again for me to get a result. What an experience, disappointing!
