Great service and price for quality bike
Called to chat about the difference in a few bikes for my tall 12 year old - which was terrific as we are in lockdown - and the guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was then confident of placing an order online for the right bike at a terrific price using the member discount, which includes online tutorials for my son to learn how to look after his bike. Even the click and collect time was impressive! Thanks to everyone!

I'm loving my Cube Reaction Pro 400 29r E-Bike
I have a degenerative nerve condition and was unable to ride a conventional bike anymore due to issues with my legs and was looking at my options with E-bikes. Jonah and Patrick displayed great patience in answering my many, many questions during the selection process and talked me down from some pretty lofty aspirations😜😂
When I picked up my bike Dave was super helpful and knowledgeable explaining all the features of the bike and fitted new cleat pedals for my shoes.
Anytime I visited the store , the team were professional , knowledgeable and consistent with their advice.

Ordered SPD pedals online for click n collect easily no hassle.
Great price.
Picked up from local (Brookvale) Store.
Dealing with the saleswoman was an absolute delight. So professional & friendly. I actually inadvertently ordered 2x pairs of pedals, to which she gladly refunded the 1 returned pair no fuss.
HEAPS better experience than my last with Brookvale!
