Slow in coming forward on a warranty…
Slow in coming forward on a warranty issue. Never was resolved in 4 months so eventually gained a refund after stating consumer rights.

Bike not in stock but they got one in asap
Bike ended up not being in stock after I bought it, but they got one in ASAP for me from the supplier during the lockdowns which was great.

Delays in availability of ordered items for click and collect. One item not available when I eventually was able to visit to collect.

Measures are in place a every store to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. Consequently all click and collect orders are taking between 3 and 14 business days to be completed.
Stores are working as quickly as possible to finalise your order and have it available for collection.
No answers, no processing of orders
I made two orders, picked up my bikes after having to come back three times, as they were not ready. My second order (which i paid for online) has not been sent for weeks, and my requests to get it either processed or refunded have been unanswered for weeks now.
I am clear they have received more orders than usual, but this is no excuse for having such a mess. Once (after 20 attempts) I got them on the phone - they were not aware of my online order and promised to call me back with answers. Never happened.
Once I have my money back, I will never frequent this shop again!
