Helmet was perfect fit
Helmet was perfect fit- sent a message online to request for assistance as I’m in between sizes. Took their suggestion and when I came to collect the helmet, the sales person gave more assistance by showing me how to adjust the helmet and where it should sit. Fantastic help! Thank you.

Great service. Above and beyond
Great experience from Sam last week. I purchased a Yakima full tilt bike rack which was sent to Brookvale. He went above and beyond to help me pick it up earlier than I would have otherwise done. Sam really impressed me by his willingness to help a customer when he really didn't have to.

A great place to shop! Highly customer focused.
I have shopped at 3 locations recently. Two in Adelaide and one in Sydney. I have been most impressed with the service I received from all staff. They listened, asked appropriated questions and helped me to purchase the bike that best fitted my needs. I highly recommend 99 Bikes.

An excellent shop with knowledgeable and attentive staff who are willing to help and take their time to explain. The Gold Member Club is worth joining for the significant discounts, particularly if you plan on significant spends. I like the fact the shop offers the opportunity to review as it shows a willingness to want to improve. Big shout out to Sam Kool for his customer dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.

Sam’s a legend!
I had such an awesome experience on Sunday at 99 Bikes in Brookvale. It was right at the end of the day but Sam stepped up and assisted me with my purchase. He was absolutely brilliant in locating the perfect bike for me. I honestly couldn’t have been luckier to have his expertise and knowledge on not only biking but also on life, it was like getting help from a trusted friend. Thanks for looking after me and getting me back on two wheels. You and the shop will be seeing my face down there soon enough to grab some more things for sure.

First service experience
Booked my sons bike in for its first 3 month service. I took it in the day prior as we were heading to the blue mountains so needed the bike ready by 11am the following day. I was told this would be ok as they would work on it first thing. I called at 11:15am as had not heard from the service shop. The person apologised and said they missed it somehow. They said they would work on it next and the bike was ready an hour later. It meant we were slightly delayed for our departure but not the end of the world. The bike itself had both inner tubes replaced and they only charged me the labor on one which was nice. They did however miss fixing part of the chain guard which I had requested. Again no major drama just a bit frustrating. Overall not a great first experience. Hopefully next time will be better.
