Great Experience and Great Service!
The Fifth Third branch is always welcoming and accommodating. This most recent experience, I was greeted promptly, positively and professionally. They were able to quickly help me with my needs, inquire if I already had plans for the deposit and politely accepted my response. In addition on this particular day the teller engaged me in conversation that made this experience feel personal. I have only ever had positive experiences at this branch.

This bank sucks with random updates and blocking transactions i am doing, thanks to this i was left stranded abroad in the cold for hours until I was able to transfer the money.... such an embarrassment. Once im back in the US I am closing ALL of my accounts with this bank after 10 years...

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They answer questions clearly and patiently. I only go to the bank every few months, and the staff alway seems happy to see me. They suggest services that they think will be helpful. Even if I'm not interested at the time, it's good to know.
Well i was talking to someone online…
Well i was talking to someone online about an money making opportunity so they sent me a check to buy crypto, google play cards too. when the check arrived at my house i took it to my 5th 3rd bank up the street to deposit it and....shockingly it bounced and you closed my bank acct without hearing my side of the story...now im out of a bank cause this mark is still coming up when i try to join another bank..you should remove this mark from my history, you are so wrong about this.

The bank representative, Logan was very informative regarding our accounts, loan options and future plans. We also discussed our Zelle limits and how to get an increase for online payments. She has great customer service skills. Although not our bank, she was very helpful in our financial direction and insights to talk over with our branch manager.

I am greeted with a beautiful smile if they are busy or slow. They value my time and always make sure they do everything they can to get me in and out as quickly with accuracy, patience, and kindness. I feel valued, appreciated, and respected every time I come to the branch. They encourage me by letting know when I have done well with managing my bank accounts. If I have any issues, they give a variety of tools or resources to help me be successful. If they see me having challenges, they do not wait until I come to them. The Branch Manager will personally contact me and give advice on how to turns things around or maximize my banking experience. They make me feel like we are all one big family managing our finances to success. If I have to wait longer than 3 to 4 minutes, they apologize for the wait, offer me refreshments while I am waiting, and make sure that I am comfortable until they can see me. They keep me advised of the wait time. Being a Disabled person with mobility issues they are mindful of my physical limitations and accommodating to make me comfortable reducing any distress it may have caused me. The staff members have a sense of cohesiveness and smoothly work together to satisfy everyone who visits. I feel valued, respected, and acknowledged personally each time I visit. If I had not moved a little farther away, I would walk over 10 miles just to frequent the bank, have a cup of coffee or water and can wait until I regain my strength for the walk home. They make sure I have something to keep hydrated and remind me to be careful to take a good pace to not overexert myself. This is my family bank. I foresee a long-term relationship in the future. They are awesome people individually and collectively. I adore each and every one of them. Thank you for being my superhero!

Maxy was very helpful and always greets me with kind words and answers any question that I have. He also gives me great advice about the current rates. I've never been treated so well in a bank and I really appreciate it. There is no wait time at the bank and I'm in and out right away.
