My banker Thai (I think that’s how you spell his name , at the Lagrange location was absolutely phenomenal. I’m so glad he reached out to me about building my credit.

Over the past few months I have learned to really dislike 5/3. Their branch personnel seem to want to help you until they get direction that comes from upper management. They then back away. I have found they value making money over customer satisfaction/loyalty. It’s really a bad bank!!

Ms. Kacey took care of my needs very quickly, she always calls me by name whenever I go into the bank. She helped me get all my paperwork in order to mail out.

Working with my banker, Michelle, was a standout experience. I am a member of several large banks, and I must say that every interaction with them was surpassed by this one. She's professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered every single question I had, made sure I felt valued and welcome, and clearly demonstrated that she was acting in my best interests.

Worst customer service among all banks, 1st, calls are always in automation waiting, 30 minutes and got cut off. 2nd, finally got a human on the phone, she lied, saying she couldn't help, will transfer to another person, and the phone was placed on hold forever, just like the beginning. It is the WORST bank customer service out there, I do not recommend this bank.

All representatives at Fifth Third on Glenwood Avenue are outstanding. All ready to help, call you by name and show a sincere interest in making sure you have outstanding service. I have delt with Timothy, Jody and Andrew. All an asset to your company.

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever encountered.

Do not bank with them they hold your money for days and days even though they say it’s going to be 24 hours .

They do not care or have any compassion.

A bank representative named Ashley assisted me and she was very welcoming to me and helped me getting straightened out.

Very happy. I’d forgotten all about ever banking with 5/3 years ago in 1996 when I was a manager at Hot Sam’s and I’m happy to be back now. Where I am able to walk into the bank and handle anything that needs attention instead of trying to do it on line all the time.

Rebeca Darling was helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I had.

I spoke with my personal banker, Rachel, who was able to answer all my questions with details. She was friendly and professional and always a joy to work with. I felt comfortable after talking with her.

The bankers at the branch in Jackson are amazing. They go out of their way to make banking quick. They are personable and knowledgeable. I moved my business accounts to 53 from Huntington because it was so much easier. Ask for Ronna!
