Great employees and close to where we live. Employees keep us updated and 5th/3rd App is fantastic!

Worst mortgage banking experience EVER!
They cannot keep records and continue to threaten foreclosure for 'unpaid County property taxes' when we have provided them our State allowed County Tax Defferal since we purchased 3 years ago. We had to pay the taxes to the County to close our 53rd Escrow account and then had to immediately start the process of a refund which took 4 months. They are obnoxious, arrogant, petty and most importantly cannot be trusted! Avoid them at all cost!
Now they once again claiming we are not paying our taxes. A year after closing our escrow account. They claim they will pay the taxes and raise our mortgage payment and foreclose if the increased pay menu is not honored. They have had our tax defferal letter for years!

Andrea was very pleasant and not pushy. She answered a few questions and I was very satisfied and she kept it brief.

Very Poor to No Customer Service here.
Over charging fees inappropriately and cause their own frustration due to the poor quality of Professional Leadership and Service.

I cant wait to refinance our loan so I can stop using this bank. I asked how will I know if a form I faxed in was received. They told me I cant get confirmation if I need to resend the form or not but I can check in one month online. No one had any answers and now my payment is late and will affect pur credit, due to a mistake on their end. I paid on time. I hate this bank.

It was fast and very easy to open a new account.

The service is great. However the wait time needs to be addressed.

The banker, Jorge at Fifth-Third on University & Commercial Location was pleasant, easy to talk to, made the experience seamless, and was very knowledgeable of the banks product. Offered me refreshments, made the entire process less stressful. Furthermore, he recommended some additional products that will help me after I opened my accounts.

Spoke to Sam, a personal banker. She was very nice and informational. Offered for me to come in to discuss more specifics about the given options. We talked about possible investments to allow my money to grow rather than just sit in a low interest savings account. Also, Sam just wanted to make sure that I was doing all right with Fifth Third and to see if I needed anything.

On my follow-up visit, Stormi Baker picked up where Manager Ryan left off (he was helping another customer). Both were friendly, polite and professional. They are both to be commended.

The people at this location are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love seeing them weekly when I do my banking. When I have some extra money I put it in Fifth Third and they help me invest it wisely.

My card suddenly decided to decline every charge when trying to charge my train card in Japan, and the. Customer service was too terrible to help. Terrible bank, terrible systems, terrible service. Never use this bank.
