Love dealing with 5/3 bankers
I went in to change one account, but Becky (my banker) was able to help with that change, then suggest a few others that would help me manage my money better. After that, she helped me get an increase on my credit limit and close out an old account. I came in for one thing but accomplished several more thanks to Becky!

The staff are friendly, efficient, fast,courteous , and very concerned about what I need! They welcome me by name.They can double task- welcome a customer at the drive up while servicing me inside The new manager is awesome, he greets me and even stops to chat if he is not with a customer! Angela is my personal banker.. I pray that she comes back soon!

We were welcomed into the branch by friendly and helpful representatives who sat down with us and helped us get our new checking account set up and answered all of our questions. They followed up a a few days later by phone to make sure that all of our questions were answered and to see if there’s anything else we needed to make sure we were having a great banking experience. We were extremely pleased with how helpful and friendly everyone has been!

Cannot get onto online banking unless I use their debit card. Have always worked without. Customer Service unable to help. First day they could not even determine why unable to go online. Second person says no more online banking without debit card. Goodbye

Great experience opening a new CD
I had two CDs to roll over (into new CDs) and was helped by Banker Julie Bradshaw. She was very competent, efficient, helpful and courteous throughout the entire process.
Opened the account over 2 weeks ago
Opened the account over 2 weeks ago, still no debit card. My initial deposit of $100 took a week to post. Had a direct deposit but can’t access it cuz NO DEBIT CARD! Oh and I deposited a check from ANOTHER BANK on 1-27-2026 and today is 2-3-2026 and the funds STILL aren’t available. In 2026! I’ve had pre paid accounts move faster. The funds have cleared cuz the other bank has already told me and as it was a loan check I have a payment in 3 weeks and have had no access to the funds. If they aren’t available by the time I get off work. I’m closing the account and earning all friends and family about the pony express speed in freaking 2026
Update! Tried to call customer service cuz I STILL don’t have a debit card after 2 1/2 weeks. It rings once and goes static. No one answers and it’s been 9 days and they STILL won’t make funds available on a freaking bank check I deposited
