I dealt with Tobi in relation to a connection issue
I dealt with Tobi in relation to a complaint about how a connection issue had not been resolved by the Company leaving me without internet. Tobi had great customer service skills. He was immediately sympathetic to the situation, apologetic on behalf of the Company and proactive in trying to find a solution. He resolved the situation efficiently and even went above and beyond to make sure the solution was enacted as quickly as possible and without leaving me out of pocket. He was lovely to deal with. Thank you Tobi.

Adnan has been super great with getting…
Adnan has been super great with getting me all set up and running.
I called 4th Utility a few times in the process of me signing up and getting online, i got through to Adnan a couple of times just by pure luck and he was super helpful in advising me and was very patient whilst doing so!
Great service, absolutely no complaints from me. Huge thank you again Adnan!!!

Happy new customer
I received regular emails and texts with lots of information on each and every stage of the installation, without lots of technical jargon. Engineer Fraser was lovely and very respectful of my property, making sure there was no mess. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Customer service agent Fasil was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, he was professional, courteous and helpful, he discounted me for having paid for 900mb for the last 12 months, the highest speed I get is 500mb. Fasil is a credit to the company
