tony again went above and beyond . my bike was delivered back after repair in 1st class condition. again a true credit to the company and very professional.

Graham gave me a 30min notice call to let me know he was on the way. He was on time, straight to the point. Drove his delivery van well (some people make a meal of our street in smaller vans). Polite, efficient and thorough. A credit to the business.

The communication from the driver Graham was perfect, he kept me updated on his estimated arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He explained the process and what would happen with my bike and I received the collection confirmation email before he left.

Everything was done when and as they said it would be.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever come across.

They have a great automated process for collecting bikes and providing updates, which initially looks impressive. However, when you actually need answers or progress on your claim, the service falls very short.

My bike was with them for over three months for what were essentially scuffed crash bars. The claim stalled because, after eight weeks, they still had not secured or chased the witness statement needed to establish who was at fault. As a result, the claim seemed to bounce around without any meaningful progress being made.

Even after the funds were eventually released, the repair still could not go ahead due to further delays and a lack of communication.

I am now claiming through my own insurance company so that I at least have a chance of getting my bike back this year.

For over a week, I have tried to contact them every day through multiple channels, only to receive an automated message saying that no agents are available. I have also left messages every day on their alternative voicemail service and have not received a single response.

Hastings Direct need to find a different claims and repair partner, one that actually cares about customer outcomes and manages repairs and claims efficiently. The automated processes and updates may look impressive at first, but when customers need real support, the service simply is not there.

I very rarely leave reviews, but as I have been unable to contact 4th Dimension through any of their communication channels, this feels like the only way I can raise the issue and make my concerns known. To be honest, given the lack of progress and communication to date, I have little confidence that this review will make any difference.

After more than three months without my bike, numerous delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of responsiveness, I am at my wits' end. What should have been a straightforward repair for relatively minor damage has turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

My motorbike was involved in an accident and this is my first encounter with 4th Dimension. The process has been smooth from reporting the incident, to arranging collection of the bike as we got it recovered home. They fitted around when I was available. The key bit though, I’d like to feed back how good Dean was, who came to collect the bike today. He called to let us know he was half an hour away. I’ve had the bike for 18 years and so was already feeling a bit upset at the thought of it going and potentially not coming back, this gave time to sort of say bye to it too, in case. From arrival Dean was kind, mindful and asked about the bike, allowing space to chat before it went. I felt reassured that the bike is in good hands, and he gave reassurance about the company and the usual timescales from here, which really has helped. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Dean, and any commendation that can be given.

Dean called before he arrived and dropped the loan bike off on time. He then took the time to make sure everything was ok before he left. Great service!

Dealt with 4D via David P, also and some other colleagues in different departments, from the start have been excellent. Always straight forward clear information along each step. Every question which there were many were answered straight away. Can’t thank them enough for the support and service the staff provided. Kept what was my bike safe and secure at all times and was always happy to deal with me in regards to any follow up questions. Thanks again!
