Nos chulearon se burlaron de nosotros y nos amenazaron con no entregarnos las llaves despues de 1 h y 30 m de retaso y de llamar varias veces. No contraten con ellos deberian tener gente mas responsable para conducir nuestros coches no a 4 chulos.

Más de una hora esperando a mi vehículo...te dicen qe van a lavar el coche y llega tal cual...solo con eso no hace falta decir mas

Servicio pésimo. Nuestro vuelo aterrizaba a las 23,30 y se supone que te piden los datos del vuelo para tener el vehículo preparado. Una vez llegamos al lugar del parking donde está ubicado uno de sus empleados llamamos por teléfono tanto a la empresa y comunicamos a esa persona que por favor nos traigan el vehículo. El coche nos lo trajeron a las 1,30 de la madrugada…nuestro enfado era monumental tras estar todo el día tirados en aeropuertos, viaje de avión y uno que llega con ganas de descansar y te encuentras con estos impresentables. Pago en efectivo, no Bizum no tarjeta y si no es así no te devuelven las llaves del vehículo. A saber dónde meten los coches porque el nuestro venía más que sucio. Para no repetir jamás.

Yesterday, our scheduled collection time was 18:30 at María Zambrano Train Station. We contacted your team at around 17:00, and we were informed that our car would be returned to the same location where we had originally left it, in front of the train station.
When we collected the car, we inspected the exterior and found no visible damage. We then paid the 1Parking delivery representative in cash and drove back towards Estepona. However, during our journey home, we discovered that the car had received a €50 parking fine at 17:43, despite our official collection time being 18:30. This raises serious concerns. Was the car parked in front of the train station for since we left since 23rd Dec, or was it returned significantly earlier and left there unattended?
We do not understand why we are being held responsible for this fine, as the vehicle was under the company’s care at the time the ticket was issued.
This situation reflects a lack of responsibility and professionalism, and it is extremely disappointing.

1carpark and 1Parking, Alicante are the same scaundrels.
Recommend do not park cars with their service. They can use your cars while you are outside Spain.
I got a transport fine to pay as they used my car and got a transport police fine. But as I am the owner of the car fine was paid by me.
To my several applays to 1 Parking/1carpark and to the police office, I did not get any answers.

I am truly disappointed with the the poorest car park service I ever experienced. I paid the complete service (Zona 3, for to have my car parked in an indoor parking , and full cleaning exterior and interior. I got the car back dirtier than I left it (Obviously it wasn't parked indoor nor cleaned!!) and as if that wasn't bad enough , on top my 100ml Tom Ford perfume was gone, so yes they've stolen my 200€ perfume. Tried to get an explanation from the employed to all this when he handed the car over, he could not care less, walked away without any consideration or even bothering in giving me an explanation/reason or at lest an excuse... The lack of effort or any interest to help when calling customer service did not make the situation any better. Never again! the worst parking company ever

No te creas lo que dicen que incluye el servicio.

El lavado interior/exterior es DE CORTESÍA. No me lo hicieron. En el anuncio lo ponen bien en grande, pero cuando aceptas la letras pequeña dice que puede que no lo hagan. Y te contestan con malas formas al preguntar.

Además, en el email que envían dice textualmente:

"Cuando usted aterrice, nosotros habremos controlado su número de vuelo y, 20 minutos después del aterrizaje, subiremos su coche al parking express. De esta manera, cuando usted salga, su coche le estará esperando."

Pero es mentira. De malas formas me dicen que HABÍA QUE LLAMAR para avisar. Y nos supuso esperar allí 45 minutos más.

Please be cautious. I made the mistake of leaving my wallet in the car, and I reported it to the staff within 90 minutes of dropping off the vehicle. I was told that my wallet had been found and that I should speak to a supervisor when I returned. However, when I came back two days later, cash and a credit card were missing from the wallet. There was no supervisor on duty or reachable, and the A1 employees were dismissive and even laughed at the situation. It has now been five weeks, and I still have not received any response from management.

me han robado unas gafas rayban de mi guantera y monedas (8,55 euros)

Horrible por ponerle un calificativo educadamente, me han robado dos gafas de sol , que clase de empresa es ésta gentuza y ladrones porfavor que haya visible con este tipo de actos

PESIMA. NO RECOMENDABLE. Para entregar el coche en aeropuerto de Málaga lo tienes que dejar justo (10 min de margen) de la hora de reserva, de lo contrario te cobran un plus, para recoger el coche tardaron más de 45 min. El chico que está en el aeropuerto dice que es que tienen muchos coches para entregar, ellos no tienen culpa, la culpa es de la empresa que gestiona mal que sino tiene capacidad para atender a “x” número de clientes no siga haciendo reservas.

This company is awful, i've been using this for a few years, never good but NEVER like now. They damage my car, took forever to get them to response to my complain, NEVER pay anything for my repair. NOT trustworthy at all. Yesterday i waited 1 hour 50 min. to get my car back. People rude and useless. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunatelly i cannot give them a 0 star! Awful awful awful! AVOID at all costs!

No dejen su coche en manos de este tipo de gentuza , no son profesionales , roban lo que dejas en el coche aunque lo hayas indicado y dejado en depósito además de tardar más de una hora en la entrega del vehículo. Los voy a denunciar.

Una de las mayores guarradas que me han hecho nunca viajando. Me dejaron tirado con dos coches y no aparecieron. No sé te ocurra contratarlos.

After an hour waiting and numerous calls they said the car wouldn't start. I asked them to bring me to the car and I would start it..
Nobody showed up, they stopped answering the phone to me. Other people allowed me to use there phone. It took more calls for them to say they lost the key.
'Sorry. Get a taxi and we will reimburse you'
I explained I needed to get to the car. My keys were in it and I would need to arrange a grua to take it home.
They agreed but again never showed up.
This is a dreadful collection of people. I got a taxi home and a locksmith.
The next day they could not give me any information about the car or where I could get it ( with the spare key)
I told them I was reporting the car as stolen.
They called back to say the found the key and would bring the car to me. The following morning they brought the car to me. With a nearly flat tyre and a smell of damp.
Even then they assured me they would refund my expenses. They didn't and have ignored all calls and emails since.
Bandits. Avoid them. Read the other reviews here and on google

Me han robado las gafas de sol, unas Rayban que tenía para conducir en la guantera entre asientos, además de entregarme el coche casi una hora más tarde de lo normal. La única solución que me ofrecen es mandar un correo para iniciar un proceso de reclamación…un desastre absoluto. Los voy a denunciar

⚠️Leerla hasta el final ⚠️ Llevaba años reservando con vosotros pero el lunes pasado al recibir mi coche (que había pagado limpieza exterior e interior) se me pasó revisar la guantera. Suelo llevar una bolsa de plástico donde meto monedas del cambio y algún billete, en total habria unos 50-60€.

Mi sorpresa es que la bolsa no estaba, supongo que algún trabajador se pensaría que no me daría cuenta.

Envié ese mismo día un e-mail, que 5 días después sigue sin respuesta.

He esperado para poner la reseña porque no me gusta este tipo de reseñas tan malas, pero visto vuestro pasotismo, os merecéis 0 estrellas.

We had a really bad experience with 1Parking at Málaga. When we left our car, we were told it would be cleaned and that the tires would be checked. When we picked it up, it was actually in worse condition than when we dropped it off — dirty inside and out, and clearly not cleaned properly.

To make things worse, a pair of sunglasses that were in the car were missing. We have read the receipt they gave us and obviously… it says it’s not there problem or responsibility if something goes missing.

We also had to pay extra for parking, and they only accepted cash, which felt very unprofessional and inconvenient.

We actually had a bad feeling before dropping the car off, but since we hadn’t used this company before, we decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, after our experience, we’ve now seen the many other horrendous reviews from customers with similar issues — and we really wish we’d read them beforehand.

We trusted 1Parking with our vehicle and belongings, and we’re extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of responsibility. We would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy car park in Málaga.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The drop off and pick up went ok except we had to pay in cash and he had no change. We had to collect the car on a back road at Alicante train station due to road works and the guy drove off before we got in the car and found a extra 75km on the clock. We've complained but looking at other reviews I guess we aren't going to hear from them. Lesson learnt, do your research!
