Delivery 8 days late

Delivery 8 days late? 8 days of messages giving no real reason why?Contacted their customer services. They were about as much use as a chocolate fire guard, some excuse about weather, would accept that if my wife hadn't ordered something and it was delivered by them within 5 days !! To top it off low and behold I've got another order coming turns out this usless muppets are delivering it to and guess what it's delayed too. Please avoid these clowns at all costs folks. Please can retailers give us options for couriers do we can use one of choice instead of being fobbed of with 3 class companies that obviously don't know the meaning of the words customer service.

Easy to use service

Easy to use service, only slight issue sometimes takes a while if you order on a Friday can be Tuesday before you get a confirmation. But all in all happy with service.

Visted Boots in retail park in Elgin

Visted Boots in retail park in Elgin, stood in a queue to be served 4 people behind counter only 1 serving people. Reached counter only to be told they were closing for lunch. If they'd all served the people instead of having personal conversations maybe they would've cleared the que as I was the last one waiting. That's now their optician and now there pharmacy's I'll be avoiding due to poor service.

Made an appointment for engineer to…

Made an appointment for engineer to check smart meter. Told engineer would phone on morning of appointment( didn't happen alarm bells ringing) AM appointment from 08:00 -12:00. Guess what no engineer and at 12:00 a text saying sorry engineer can't make it. Yeah ok I'll waste half a day of my life waiting when I'm certain you knew they wouldn't be coming a lot sooner. Customer service for a second time is shxte.

Ordered a bed at the beginning of March…

Ordered a bed at the beginning of March 2025.Elgin branch easy to deal with , Had to delay the delivery by a few weeks due to unforseen circumstances. Now as delivery date approaching been told have to wait till middle of June problem with the supplier. Excuse me it's taken 8 weeks to find that out I don't think so sold it to someone else more like. Order cancelled I'll take by business else where if you can't be honest about why it's actually been delayed.

I am sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed.

Having taken se time to look into your order in more detail, I can confirm that the issue here was down to our supplier informing us of a production and shipping delay. This delay meant that the delivery date which was set Monday 19th May could not be honoured.

I can confirm that your order has been cancelled as requested and a full refund has been raised for you.

I want to take this opportunity to apologise unreservedly for the inconvenience caused.
