Renewal quote came in at £580 with my usual extras or £460 without, this was 3 weeks before it was due as normal… got a call a week after that saying sorry it’s incorrect we have to do you a new quote which same details conveniently put the price up to over £900.. 5 years no claims (extra year) and dearer than last year and actually £200 more than bikesure in compare the market quotes… unsure how genuine this was or if it was just tried on to get a sales quote on new prices due to the recent rate change and war news, very coincidental bikesure and not a nice way to treat a continuous customer, whilst I have trust in bike sure this has tested it to a very fine line.

Been with these for years now with many bikes good reliable service with competitive prices I’ll not be going anywhere else

Easy to contact 👌 swift answering 👌 cheaper than anywhere else and believe me i searched for three days solid and by the easiest to set up. From start to finish, id recommend Bikesure.

No phone waiting time to get through. Minor hold for quote to be developed after details taken. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolute joke of a company.
First they got my bike model wrong, despite me calling them to make sure it was right
Then they ‘couldn’t find my NCB’ I think they probably don’t pay for the db…so I had to get proof.
They they requested my v5 as the model was still wrong..so I sent it..and they added £200 to my premium.
I cancelled and not only did they charge me £78 for the privilege but they took payment WITHOUT my authorisation

Steer well clear of this joke company
