Really bad

I’m a customer since almost 6 years and I’ve seen the service going from ok to bad to despicable. Bad customer service, practically impossible to reach in case of need. Dirty vehicles. Lack of communication towards customers all mixed with an old-minded management of the company and a totally unreliable administration. And All for the highest prices on the market. Would not be surprised if poppy will not be there anymore in a couple of years.

Bonne service client

Expédition rapide et service client et communication excellentes. Je ne laisse pas 4 étoiles juste parce que la qualité du produit n'était pas aussi élevée que prévu mais je recommande vivement le vendeur.
