They seem more interested in sending out endless marketing emails rather than processing orders. A bizarre tracked marketing flyer arrived the day after my printer order was placed, which then rendered their tracking option for the printer null and void. Having chased twice for an update, now 14 days after having paid I was told I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days to be advised WHEN the printer would actually be shipped, which they admit could have been another 10 days after this call, and then delivery times kick in - as they have NO IDEA for another 10 days when I would actually get the printer I have cancelled the order and now have fingers crossed their refund system is more timely!
