Wouldn't have got through it without them.

Where is the mulled wine?

Where is the mulled wine?
No search button on the website, which means you have to trawl through lots of products to find what you want.
This gives the company your time and focus in the hope you'll top up your shopping bag with items you did not come to the site for.
Their bot is useless as a search function too.
I have bought from. Bloom & Wild professionally and personally, and love the Bcorp status and the plants and pots have been great.
Now they have extended the items available, you need to navigate hundreds of carefully crafted product descriptions designed to entice you to overspend.
Never again, I hate the manipulation.

Love the product, washing up liquid is excellent lime and aloe hand wash is incredible.

Love the product, the pump isn't very good.

Works like clockwork.

My son is really fussy and an in-between size. Ordering online was straight forward and gave him lots of choice too.
The delivery was quick to the store too.
The shop assistants were amazing.
Helpful, fun, kind and super efficient.
The process is excellent.

Great service, good knowledge

Great and patient
It's taken me 3 years to purchase a bike and Steve and Richard as well as the lady who was there, were kind and helpful.
I'm an unhealthy novice and unlike other electric bike 'specialists' shops I didn't feel patronised or embarrassed - they were enthusiastic to help me.
I was recommended them by a super keen experienced rider so they cater for both ends really well!

This was the branch off Bond Street
I should have written this months ago but my son mentioned it today.
The server was phenomenal - she made the experience for my newly 13 year old for his birthday meal.
She made such an effort - noticed when we needed help, kind, excited to be there, just so positive.
I'm sorry I didn't get her name - she went on a break before we left, but honestly best server for ages.

Passed the buck - didn't investigate fully

Took a while to come out and then blamed the blockage on Thames Water/Affinity.
Thames Water/Affinity were brilliant and came out straight away told me how big the drain under the road was and then cleared the blockage which was in the drain leading to the road further away from our property.
He told my husband he'd lifted the manholes all the way up, which he had not as there was still grass over the one which Thames Water/Affinity lifted.
So, problem solved, but not by the engineer.
