Excellent service as always. Plumber who came sorted the problem very quickly was polite and efficient. It was not an emergency call out so appointment was one week later. BUT we have had emergency call outs in the past and they have arrived very quickly. Bit disconcerting having AI customer services but can't fault it it works!!!
