Absolute nightmare,
Drivers door window motor failed so car off the road, the phone agents that is spoke to couldn't care less, they just stick to their script "if it's in our Ts&Cs we" etc etc, they won't let me get the repair done and claim the money back from them, they don't have an account with the garage so they won't release the car, all the phone agent repeatedly says is "we normally pay in five days"
This is the only claim I have tried to make, it is supposed to be a like for like warranty, it really isn't.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Ramp Limited. Their support has been excellent, and they have been very helpful in assisting me throughout my ongoing journey with my vehicle. Highly recommended.

I have a RAMP like4like warranty and a fault developed with the alarm, telephoned RAMP and Emily immediately emailed document explaining the process to make a claim. Gave details to main dealer garage and confirmed I was aware I would be charged for diagnostics if claim not accepted. Fault details sent to RAMP, claim accepted and repairs completed same day and costs met by RAMP.
First class service.

The Agent was very helpful, directing me to an appropriate Nissan Dealer (Glyn Hopkins) when I needed to book my car in for service and repair. 10/10 for efficiency. Let's hope the dealer is as efficient.

Called to today to make a alteration to my warranty, phone call was answered in less than 2 minutes, and my request was dealt with by Alena who was friendly and efficient.
Cant fault the customer service.

Have had a package with them for 3 years. Thinking my car was being serviced properly. They sub-contract to Halfords, who are told to do a list for the service. Might as well not bother! My car has been having a minimal service for 3 years! It’s not a full service! It’s not what Halfords deem as a full service. They don’t even check battery, brakes, tyres and battery! Can you believe a service that does not do basic checks? What RAMP call a full service is not a full service. Very minimal and more like an interim one. Halfords state that they do as they are told by RAMP. Not what they would do for a service. I’ve been paying thinking I’m getting my car serviced, but it has just been being topped up with fluids! It’s a scam. Don’t bother.

I rang and spoke to Emily for a new claim for my alloy. She was brilliant in a way to explaining the procedure. She also told me that I had breakdown cover that I was not aware of. The garage did not bother to tell me.

Really pleased with the service from RAMP (David). The repair to my Toyota Corolla door mirror was handled professionally and efficiently. There was a bit of back and forth, but that was clearly to make sure everything was done properly the first time. Communication was clear throughout, and I appreciated the effort taken to coordinate directly with the garage to ensure a smooth process. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you for the support.
