I was sceptical but it works

I was sceptical however after trying this on my aging German Shepard I can confirm it makes a huge difference to his mobility. No he is not young again but the fact he can now get round much easier and be about without the pain he was in is amazing. Thank you

Shocking service from the AA

Shocking service from the AA. I appreciate I have a modern EV so maybe they are still learning how to cope with them, however my main complaint is about the lies and seriously poor customer service. The first mechanic had clearly never worked on an electric car and caused multiple additional issues, he also wrongly advised we would need specialist recovery yet in the end a normal recovery truck took it away. So I wasted 26 hours and was never apologised to until I pointed out a simple we are sorry would do, also they lied and tried to say the recovery was with me when they weren’t and I had to push my car in the rain to get it recovered again no thanks for the help only avoidance and no commitment from them. I am lucky that I have RAC cover for my other cars and I have to say they are so much better. It’s a shame that the one time I use the AA they are so bad.

Vertu Mini Sunderland

Vertu Mini Sunderland. We bought online as we were buying an approved mini so knew what we wanted and thought buying from a mini dealer we would be taken care of. Unfortunately on returning Home the car would not charge, no problem we returned it next day only for Vertu to not bother themselves to look at the car or make it a priority. Still no answer and the techs have no idea , they are great getting your money then drop you as soon as there is a problem. Avoid there are much better dealers out there.

Unfortunately I have no idea how good…

I have edited my post as I had a problem with posted sweets but they went out their way to resolve it and while things happen and mistakes were made the fact they resolved it shows a dedication to their business. We should support them.

Unfortunately I have no idea how good they are the sweets never turned up 10 days after I ordered them and still waiting for a refund.

Shocking support when it technically…

Shocking support when it technically issues. 4 months I have been waiting to switch to the EV rate. 2 engineers attended neither could do anything, no support or joined up responses from the office. To,d they don’t work together, so engineers have no link to other parts of business. No follow up at all and still issue is not resolved. Please avoid them they are as useless as the rest and customer service are so passive aggressive it’s a joke.

Came to Porsche Teeside after visiting…

Came to Porsche Teeside after visiting a few Porsche dealers. Service was excellent the time taken to go through all options on two very different cars and explain each and every detail while making sure I was comfortable with no pressure was the best service I have ever had. If you are in the market for anything Porsche related I throughly recommend Porsche Teeside

Dreadful please do not use homelegal…

Dreadful please do not use homelegal direct. We were passed from solicitor to solicitor. Correspondence was dreadful we always had to chase them no one was proactive. We still have not completed and now after weeks of changing and another solicitor have we found out we need extra searches and they do not do them. We are stuck with them what a nightmare.

So you will see below a response form home legal yet again not really telling the whole story. We have paid more money to try and move this forward despite homelegal being HsBC familiar they did not know anything about HSBC. So here we are still now on the 15th July and no clue as to what is happening their lawyer only responds on a Friday night after 5, so I guess we are his side hustle. Save yourself time, money and pain and use someone else

We are disappointed that you felt you had to leave a one star review based on your experience so far.
After your initial instruction, your file was moved due to the firm informing us in the afternoon that they were unable to take on any more files of that type. As such to avoid any delays your file was moved to a firm who had capacity to take it on, however we apologise that our communication surrounding this was not as it should have been.

Since then, we can see from the notes on file that your appointed case handler was changed on account of the first one leaving the company.

You will appreciate that this is out of our control, but at no point have you reached out to Home Legal Direct to ask us to assist you. While changing case handler should have very minimal impact on your transaction, if any impact at all, our support team is on hand to liaise with the firm upon request.

Thanks for taking our call we are in communication with all parties and currently working on sorting this one out for you..

I have used opie oils before and over time the service is getting worse.
Courier lost my order fair enough was put on priority reorder and guess what still waiting.
Poor service if you make a mistake own up and do an instant refund holding peoples money and lying is very cheap, which I guess you are these days. Shame.

I see the reply below blaming the courier which is correct first time round my issue is with the priority delivery which was OPIE oils fault and rather than sort the issue it’s easier to inconvenience the customer as I said before cheap!

Good afternoon Stewart. I have taken a look into this and your order was resent but we did not have all the items in stock so more were ordered in. Unfortunately the stock arrived after the couriers had collected from us on Friday and your order was dispatched this morning as we were closed over the weekend.
We appreciate your frustration and disappointment in this situation however the fault is down to the courier and not ours, we could not have done any more for you to get this situation resolved. However if you feel that a 1 star review reflects how this has been handled then we can only apologise.

Your new order should be with you within the next 24/48 hours.

Thank you for your response. Your order was dispatched as a priority, unfortunately as there was no stock we had to order more in. I believe the issue has been sorted. The order was lost and then the order was resent within a few working days.

Ordered our dream sofa from sofoology

Ordered our dream sofa from sofoology. Was over the moon after 12 weeks it arrived and wow looked amazing in our room. Then we checked it over 15 large defects on a three and two seater. The frame on the two seater was twisted and the delivery guys could not get it to sit flat. Then we saw all the bad stitching extra holes where they had missed when stitching. The number of nicks around all the leather is so worrying.

Poor very poor

Bought a very nice, expensive to me car. They told me it had been checked over prior to me collecting. So I picked it up and loved the car until the fault started. So took it back and left it for a week. Picked it up again told all was good. Guess what? Still an issue car is back again , so basically 24k and 10 days I have a loaner car, not really the service I expect for 24k. To me there is no management no control and no organisation. My recommendation is to look elsewhere there is plenty more dealers out there who will look you better and make sure the car is right before it goes out. Shame on you car supermarket Newcastle.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

Where do I begin, so we spotted a really nice looking car with Evans Halshaw Nissan, Middlesbrough. Tried calling them to arrange a viewing no answer so kept calling and I think on the fifth attempt it got answered and they confirmed yes car was here and could be viewed. Collected my parents who the car was for and drove an hour to the garage. Now the fun really began, the car was unsafe to drive due to issues with the brakes however we were assured it would all be fixed, we agreed a price and we also agreed to pay a small bit extra to have the paint work done to a better standard. A week was agreed for collection and off we went very happy with my 70 year old parents purchase. Two days before collection had a call from the sales guy car is here looks great when do you want to collect, arranged a time of 10am two days after the call. The day of collection came we set off nice and early and were well enroute when we received a call to say the car won’t be ready. We turned up anyway assured the car would be done for the afternoon. We paid again we trust people why wouldn’t we it is after all a major dealership. With four start trust pilot rating. So come Friday afternoon now seems the car is still unsafe as it has failed mot and needs a new caliper. Asked for my money back and told it will take days??/? What with Bacs still waiting for either my money or the car to no avail. What a shambles this place is, the staff are pointless and god they are useless. Avoid at all cost go try anywhere else but here.

Wren you suck but we love our kitchen

Ok take a seat this may take some time. We did the usual trawl round all the suppliers and had a few quotes, having researched and done some detailed measurements we knew almost exactly what we wanted so it was easy for most suppliers to give us a quote. Wren team Valley Gateshead were near by so we popped in and fell in love with one of thier kitchens, it just fitted us. We said please can we have that and this is what we need, first mistake! Wren do not work like that you have to book a consultation have some one come out to measure blah blah blah, it’s all part of the sales experience to ensure you don’t pull out. In fairness we enjoyed the consultation even though during the fitting it turned out the designer didn’t know anything and the computer program they use has so many bugs it apparently supplies wrong materials and wrong lengths( I thought computers only did what they were told not Wren they have AI) . So since I am boring myself I will say this, if you can find the kitchen else where buy it there not at Wren. If you must have a Wren kitchen the quality is good and after all our heartache we really love the kitchen. But make sure you triple check everything the designers and so called experts who measure up tell you, get your fitter to check again and ensure he has experience of working with wren when you book them. Be prepared for delays and arguments but do not accept there trash talk, push hard and make sure you get a good discount, at least 10% and if you have issues then they can respond much quicker than they first claim to be able to, they will always offer you “ oh it’s two weeks before we can get this and that”,no it can be done much quicker, two days for me once I kicked up a stink. And don’t forget compensation if they mess up they owe you it. We do love our kitchen however they ruined the experience by being sales driven and not end user focused enough.
